I believe she was retained by the family before the BS/JT circus came to town wasn't she? If that is the case, then the family fired her on the advice of someone.
MOO
So I guess no one was "exhausted"
Because he's not from that state he has to have a local attorney to confer with in order to practice in that area...One of our verified attorney's posted the terminology for it, but i cannot remember what it is

I predicate I will be difficult to live with today.
Cyndy Short, a Kansas City area attorney, is no longer representing the parents of missing baby Lisa Irwin.
Sources tell KCTV5 that Short was forced off the case Thursday. It is unclear Friday whether that came at the direction of Joe Tacopina, a New York attorney.
Tacopina joined the case last week.
Neither Short or Tacopina could be reached for comment Thursday night or Friday.
KCTV5's Jeanene Kiesling asked baby Lisa's parents, Debbie Bradley and Jeremy Irwin, about Short no longer representing them when they returned to a relative's home Thursday night.
"This is the first I've heard of it," Bradley replied. "You know as much as I do."http://www.kctv5.com/story/15898355/short-forced-off-the-baby-lisa-case
Well, Ms. Short doesn't want the boys to be questioned due to "additional trauma". I don't understand. It has already been confirmed that the boys would be interviewed by child specialists, non-threatening method and setting, no detectives in the room, detectives and parents' team could watch from afar (I presume).
I will never understand how another professionally-conducted interview to answer questions based on the new story from Debbi (totally different tale of events than when the boys were questioned the first time) is assumed to have the power to potentially traumatize these boys more than the fact that their sister is missing and they might have been able to help, but weren't allowed.
Plus, I'm sorry, but Lisa has undoubtedly been traumatized radically. I don't see why the parents would allow the lawyer to decide that some potential trauma to the boys is not worth saving Lisa from certain immeasurable trauma, unless the parents (and probably the attorney) know for a fact that Lisa's trauma has ended and she is not alive.
See ya Ms. Short. :seeya:

I thought if the person's name was mentioned in MSM, we were allowed to post it. Who is it? Any relation to the family? Thanks
No idea if this person is related to the family or not.
If nursebeeme says I can say the name, I will.
Judge Janine also stated that her LE sources DID confirm the outgoing phone call being made.
