I am guessing that DC is going to say that his cell phone records, after he terminated his contract with JB, are confidential. He still maintained a contract with Casey, but more importantly (I believe) he initiated a contract with Cindy and George then (after he terminated JB). I believe even though he uses Casey's name as one of his confidential connections, he is really protecting. Cindy and George. Just my opinion.

Baez already knows when he talked to DC. He knows what work he was billed for, too.

Maybe DC thinks that he can protect someone by saying all his communications (via phone or text) with that person pertained to work for KC.

For some reason the defense thinks DC's records might have info useful to KC. And DC thinks there is a way communication with some people could be called work product for KC. BUT, if Baez was billed for such work and would also be billing somebody for it, Baez would know about it.

Of course this is not all of them, but what he wants to display....his cell records of calls between himself and Ginette.

JB has requested the phone records of Cindy and George, as far as I know they have not objected to this through their lawyer, yet. It seems DC is trying to protect someone and I can't be sure if it's Cindy, George or maybe even Lee. It would be nice to know who is responsible for DC's search of Suburban in November, wonder if the answer is in these phone records ?

DC started out with attorney Chaney Mason in March, but now is being represented by Diana Tennis. I don't think the two attorneys are connected, or I couldn't find any connection... as in working at the same law firm. I wonder why Domininc has a new lawyer ?

I think this is why she got involved with him in the manner the "rumor" claims... if he feels something for her (falls in love with her?!) he will keep secrets for her. Cindy has been at this manipulation game a long time.

But my opinion is based on a "rumor" (the source with this information has never lied or made things up- she has inside information everything she has claimed has turned out to be the truth.
