They came there looking for a grave site and started with cadaver and search dogs.
Then followed up with air support, FLIR and other technology.

They came to the park because they believed strongly that they would find Relisha there.
They were not shocked Tatum killed himself, but didn't expect to find him in the park.

Investigation WILL NOT end when the search ends.
