The accident, according to the newspaper report I found, involved only one vehicle. From what Melissa Young is saying it was her accident. I take that to mean she was either the driver or the car’s owner.
There was no one else to sue for damages so that would only leave her as the driver of the vehicle or the cars owners’ insurance carrier open for a lawsuit.


If this car accident story is really true, I still have one big question

According to this news report from April 4th:
“In a very brief conversation, Relisha's mother, Shamika Young, said the other check was a tax refund and that money she received was from a car accident.
The grandmother says Shamika Young received $4,000 three weeks after Relisha disappeared because of an insurance settlement.
Wheeler says he and Relisha's mother, both received $4,000 settlements for injuries suffered in an April 10, 2013 car accident.”

How did AW get a settlement check. From MY’s account of who was involved, the only way AW received a settlement check from this accident is if he is the boyfriend of not only Shamika but of her sister as well.

Just as a side note, notice how MY said "we was all way is my car, and it hit a tree." Not I hit a tree.

I am hitting the wall - so I'm not sure how much more I can transcribe tonight (this morning) as I'm going on 24 hours without sleep on a school night.

I saw posts as JVM was playing live (7 pm Eastern) that mentioned things I'm not seeing, specific to MTY, so I'm trying to make sure I don't miss those.

It's always interesting to compare what I hear :earson: to the cnn.com transcription. The crosstalk is a nightmare!

I hope I've been able to relay the manner of speech, because in this particular case, I think it's pertinent.

Relisha is totally worth the effort, and I'm so glad I didn't fall asleep before I finished this time.

If MY was the owner of the car - then she would not be entitled to an injury settlement as you can't sue yourself, I'm almost 100% positive. Only the passengers in the vehicle could sue the policy to get a settlement. I'll double check on the laws in DC.

spotsylvania---july 4th case iirc, someone saw a child being abducted into a blue van...remember that anyone?

It was a boy. I really got involved with this because my kids were around that area around that time visiting. I don't think they ever found any thing out.I am still interested in this. It was put on websleuths here too. I felt so sorry for the poor woman that thought she witnessed the abduction not knowing what happened.

There is something interesting listed under MY, but there are quite a few MY's so hard to tell if it's THIS MY.

Yes - that is her, I will bet a 100 on it. Also AY has something VERY interesting....
AT has a MASSIVE history too - we are not talking about a group of credible, law obeying citizens here...the whole group has some massive credibility issues. I am still searching my location - VA to see if I can pinpoint MY here - as I know she has some issues here as well - but VA breaks their system down by county and takes a little more time.

My point here is this...many people will question - how could they? would they? will they? why, why, why....
addictions can make you do some pretty unthinkable things. There is one common factor here - I don't care what MY is claiming - and that is addiction.

I think at the end of the day - we are going to come back around - full circle - and see, like many of us are speculating - that ALL of the knowledge is within this very circle.

I still do not think that KT offed himself. I think my original theory (see many many posts back - is 99% on point.

All I can do - is shake my head and continue to pray for this poor little girl.
My gut continues to tell me - that she is out there - scared, alone and being harmed. My biggest fear (and the reason I feel they are being so close lipped on this) is if whomever has her - continues to feel the heat of the liability of having her - that they will eliminate that liability (I cant even type it).

May god have mercy on this lying, heartless, system sucking, family. The next worse thing to this - is if this family get those little boys back.

BTW - a few people have thrown it out there as to why the boys weren't taken on "long weekends of enjoyment"...exactly. 1. why would KT want the boys - whatever would he do with them? smh. :tantrum: and 2. their family would never let happen to them.

I have another quick point to make - Notice in the transcript from last night they said that SY said something along the lines of "come back to your mother, father and brother.".
I think there was a VERY fine distinction made here internally with the family. The kids that were by SY and AW were regarded a little different than the Rudd kids. they seem to regard these siblings as two different groups. I wouldn't be surprised if SY- trying so hard to keep a man - blatantly, in clear view, pushed the oldest to the side all the time...

You are correct, but I had to double check that. And why - if there were 5 adults and 1 child in the car - did only 2 passengers receive a settlement? especially in a no fault accident where you drove your car into a tree?

ETA: and without being rude - did you see the car? none of these folks - other than MY husband are considered to be "small" people. How would 3 larger adults another man and a child even fit in that car? this is all a crock of *****. But I do believe that LE is watching all of this....and we aren't the only ones thinking they are fools. I cant believe they don't have a lawyer at this point - someone who is capable of pointing out how badly they are messing up.

Gee, all my mother ever got for having two kids with ADHD and one with ADD was a lot of arguements with the school district. That having been said, may I echo the question everyone is asking: Where. is. Relisha???????

First and foremost, yes, where is Relisha?

Secondly, your statement hits home with my child and our school district. He had Tourette Syndrome, OCD, ADHD and a mood disorder. All we got were teachers telling us he was lazy and they wished they could staple his lips shut in front of entire classroom. We never sought "a check", we simply wanted simple modifications in his school work. He was very bright and bored easily with the unnecessary tedious repetitiousness of most lessons. The teacher cooperated for the most part after the TS advocate stepped in, but apparently this was a HUGE burden on the teachers to modify their lessons in the last. stepping off the bandwagon rant now and back to Relisha.

Where are you our child? Please show yourself. You are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers!!
