Could this Go Kart place be where DW saw Philip having fun many times during his employment there? DW may have seen one of the parents or even the housekeeper bring him and little by little the hatred of what money can buy, got to be too much for DW.

I have read that DW was employed by a Go Kart place for about 3 months, IIRC.

Sadly, in this day and age, one can find out where anyone lives in 3 seconds. So him finding him is a given, easy and quick

Actually, yes you do.
At least in my experience.
It was 10+ years ago.
I was named the Executrix of my Dad's estate.
I was instructed to sign some sort of index card thingy.
On the card you could view the many times my Dad signed in and out in order to access his safety deposit box.
Once I signed I was escorted into the room; was lead to his box, the bank employee left the room before I had the key in the lock.
When I was finished I again signed the card.
That was quite some time ago, perhaps it's different now, or the rules vary according to the bank?
We don't have a safety deposit box as we protect our valuables in other ways.

I actually had to get some work done today but I did read the affidavit which provided a lot of insight. However, I am really confused about W-1 and IT.
Who do you think they are or is it one person and why lie????

It's been said a few times before but I'm feeling helpful: replace IT with he/him/his (or she/her/hers) as grammatically appropriate. "IT" is used to disguise the gender of the witness. W-1 is, I believe, the recently hired driver who for some reason was chosen to deliver the money to the house. Why he lied is a very interesting question. jjenny believes it was due to stress.

He had at least one girlfriend in NY (that we know of). When he was arrested, he was with several males and females, so he had friends.

well been reading mostly today. really I cant believe they just let the other 5 go.......uh aiding and abetting? accessories after the fact?

at the least you have anywhere from 24 to 72 hours (depending on the location) to hold them without charging them........nope just let them all go...I know there's been a lot of thanking LE going around but this is just STUPID.

the assistant seems shify. why did he lie to LE? did he take some of the 40,000 for himself?

I know im just hitting on what most of you have already, sorry...

The defense will find an "expert" that implies he was a victim of "fill in the blank". We see it here every day.

Wysteria, I wish that I could. Thermal means that he was alive and breathing when the house was torched by Wint..

I can not stand to think about what happened to this child! Yet, my mind keeps going there.
There is no punishment harsh enough for these evil monsters, imo.
I want them to feel every bit of fear, terror and pain they inflicted on this family...X 10!

Thank you. Something really bothers me about this scenario. SS needs a crucial delivery to save his family. He entrusts a fairly new employee with this task. Wouldn't he chose someone he has employed a lot longer? So... could DDW have requested this particular employee because he was an accomplice? My other thought is that SS did chose this employee because he was new and might not ask too many questions or be suspicious.

could the theory be that they will text each other or turn on each other so LE has MORE info to go on to arrest all? more for search warrants? bug there homes?

The employee could be a very official one. Maybe an accountant or someone with power of attorney.

The employee who went to the bank and got the cash from the branch manager refused to drop it off at SS's house? The driver wasn't the one who got the money from the bank branch manager.

Wonder why that employee refused to drop money off at the SS house? More strangeness to this crime.

I thought it perhaps was due to that was the direction given by his boss :moo: Have the accountant pick it up as he would :moo: have signature for getting the cash, but give it to his personal assistant to take it to the home. The accountant :moo: wouldn't be a likely person have been to the boss's house previously, and been familiar with getting into the garage etc.?

I think something sudden happened around pizza time. Why would someone order two med pizzas, different topings, if it wasnt for more than one person. For some reasoin, I dont know why, but I think it was for the 4 victims and then something happned that pissed him off.
