No report that dogs hit on anything in the bathroom or that anything from the bathroom was taken under the search warrant evidence log.

But that doesn't mean that the dogs only hit in the bedroom, as indicated.

I strongly believe they hit in other places in the home, but the only hit indicated on the request for the search warrant was the hit in the bedroom.

I grew up 45 minutes away from Charm City... worked at Camden Yards for a few summers... went to Towson State... spent plenty of time in Fells Point. Great town! Mom and sis are still there.

I said this earlier. Why do folks think guilty people care what is said of them?

They may need to convince at least 12 people that they're not guilty. Better start practising.

JMO but guilty or innocent, life is probably a great deal more comfortable if you're being looked upon as a victim and not as a perp who got away with murder.

Under 210 at N Brighton, but a bit rugged and hilly. Then travel down N Brighton to Birmingham and wind around it for a bit unless you want to go through the wooded area right there in the dark. Get off of birmingham, cross very overgrown lot unless you want to go through the parking lot of the grain elevator with a security car parked there most of the time and the truck drivers parked there that are waiting for the grain elevator to open. THEN we get to cross the railroad tracks that might also have rail cars parked waiting for the grain elevator to open. THEN we get to navigate our way in the now very pitch black dark to actually get to the river that was very recently receeding from major flooding and had majorly undercut banks ready to give out with no notice. THEN we get to do the whole thing in reverse to go back home. All of this and no evidence nor being spotted defies my kind of logic for her to be able to pull off. Oh, yeah, then we get to do all of this drunk!

Thanks...my bad, I forgot Armour Rd. which would not be an easy street to cross trying to conceal a dead baby, too many lights. Casino and truck traffic overnight.

I would think most guilty would stay quiet, hide behind a lawyer and not go on a national talk show to bring attention to themselves. Why worry about a jury when you haven't even been arrested yet?

I agree with that. DB is not small, but I don't think she is even near large enough to have smothered Lisa by rolling on top of her. And, like you said, Lisa is a good sized baby, and was 10 months old at the time. I think smothering usually occurs in very small infants, with very large adults.

I don't know....dead weight is dead weight (pretty heavy) when you're passed out (either from drinking too much, or being knocked out from being knocked out - an accident).

No matter how much kicking and screaming BL might have done, would it have been enough to rouse her mom?

Because I am really bad at maps and I haven't had enough coffee yet...Do Google map of this address and you will see the intersection of North Brighton and NE Parvin, KCMO
Alter Ego Cycle
4131 North Brighton Avenue, Kansas City, MO

Look at the BP station on the NE corner of Parvin and Brighton...then look diagonally across at the SW corner of Parvin and Brighton...TREES aka woods. Then if you zoom out and look to the NE and SE of the BP station...more TREES. aka woods. There are three directions from the BP that have trees. If MT was waiting for the light at the intersection of Parvin and Brighton, depending on the direction he was going, there were three areas of trees from which a BLOB could have walked. Were there door to door searches in these areas? Even at the time, after the fact, that MT reported? Were there meth houses in the area? Tweakers known to be at a certain place?

I still think there are two things that make this scenario unlikely. One, the dogs would of hit on the bed and it's probably a safe assumption they didn't because they didn't seize the bed and two, the interviewer of the boys would of caught that they never were in DB's bed that night (even if they were lying).

The boys sleeping in the bed would have woken from the noise/commotion. IMHO

I think that a jury has a different POV than in WSworld; here there is suspicion and speculation. Remember, it only takes one juror. IMHO

hope this is okay, took a screenshot from the Dr.Phil interview:

so sweet. Lisa needs to be found today. It is 4 months overdue.

Has it been verified that one or both of the boys were in the bed? I am not up to date on all the bits and pieces of this case! I was only going off the "maybe an accidental roll-over" occurred theory. But even if the boys were in bed....what if DB was so passed out (I've seen people like this) that they could rouse her only long enough for her to roll over a bit, but couldn't wake her up? What if they couldn't get the baby out from under her? They're just two little boys, with no responsible adult (at that time) in the house.

I guess I"m just hoping against hope that this was just the result of a tragic accident vs. someone taking the baby and then harming her.

And that only matters in the sense that one scenario is slightly more palatable than the other.

Just out of curiousity. What were posters expecting from this interview with Dr. Phil?

I was expecting a carefully scripted, softball interview, controlled by JT and designed to portray the parents as innocent victims, not potential suspects, to a large viewing public who are not for the most part familiar with the details of this case. I expected DB to be defensive, cry, portray her critics as mean and crazy, and not let JI say much. I was not disappointed. All MOO.

Well, see, it's working. "They were on a national talk show so they must be innocent." Perfect.

It's for the most part too late to do good PR after you've been arrested.

I said before the interview that there was nothing that was going to be said on the show that would going to change the mind of anyone, no matter what side they were on.

So in that case the 'PR' wasn't going to do anything for her. The very folks she mentioned, 'the internet', wasn't going to change their mind on her guilt no matter what she said. She could of been up there on the floor balling her eyes out and it wouldn't make a difference. As another poster mentioned upthread, first impressions are hard to get by.

A bunch of bull, so I didn't tune in! I have been watching some of the video highlights though.

(Shoot, this was meant to quote a poster who asked what we expected from the interview. I'm still trying to get used to posting on my Kindle....)

My mind could be changed but not by someone who decides to use the hour of National coverage to whine about how the internet has defiled her image.

Noticed they chose not to wear a button with Baby Lisa's picture either.

Thank Goodness Dr Phil did have a photo of Baby Lisa up during the broadcast because the family didn't bring any photos to have up. You'd have thought that JoeT would have had them have a BIG picture of Baby Lisa up on an easel during the whole interview.

Also, when Deb said something to the effect, well we wouldn't have come out now if not for LE running out of new leads, "in other words, we gotta keep LE busy and away from asking us to come down to answer the hard questions"

So much could be accomplished if they'd submit to separate interviews. I might feel differently about them if they did.

Why hide? That is the big question I have. Why hide when your baby is still missing after 4 months.

Waiting for leads to dry up according to Deb.

Just out of curiousity. What were posters expecting from this interview with Dr. Phil?

I didn't expect any "bombshells" and we didn't get any. The most I've seen is a lot of debate about how many lights were on that night. That was unexpected.

I totally agree with you and that's why I asked the question earlier. I'm not sure what people expected from this interview. Those who don't believe the parents will continue to look at certain things said or their body language and come out with a totally different percpective than those who went into it looking at it with an open mind, imo.

It would've been very interesting if they had polled the audience.

Personally, there was no earth shattering detail that made me sway one way or other. It was the same details those of us following the case already knew.

It was good to have DB reaffirm that she does not know MW and all phone records show she has never called that number in any way shape or form...be it call, text, etc. JT confirmed MW does not know DB either so there is something to that phone call and whoever made it, most certainly is somehow connected.

I would've love to have found out who the benefactor is but oh well...I'll keep guessing....lol

Nice to see Lisa's information up on the screen again on National TV.
