KC - I dropped my child off at the Nanny's between 9 and 1 (Nanny sitting patiently on steps waiting from the princess and Caylee to show up and not draw attention to herself because she was about to kidnap the child.) Okay, yes I can see that happening.

KC has a Blackjack that she lost with Nanny's phone numbers in it. No problem then KC should be able to produce a bill for said Blackjack, right, right. I mean they just don't give those phones for free, right?

KC said she returns to pick up Caylee at 5pm like any normal day. (Pisssss, all the A's say "like a normal day") But wait. The cell phone that was not lost and was working perfectly well is pinging not far from TonE's apartment at that time. And now, if JT's statement is correct and he has some type of proof that he saw KC with Caylee at 4pm at the Walmart's a few miles from TonE's apartment....busted.

Most of us here have been following since day 32 and with all the "Bombshells" released to date it's just not that hard to figure out what really happened on the 16th.

KC, the truth is so much easier to remember. Obviously truth is not an option.

Love this post but I think line 1 should be edited: replace "child" with MY SNOT NOSED BRAT THAT I"M GONNA MURDER.

As to the evidence against KC? It is overwhelming in my opinion. I have followed this case from day 32 and am thourghly convinced KC is guilty (moo). However, I am aware that so much of the evidence we see will not be in the courtroom. This is why I have concerns.

Well, a passel of us who have been around for a year or two have read about 10,000 pages of discovery.

Thats why we are confident about the state's case.

Right but not from KC mouth to LE. To me it is hearsay - CA heard it from KC or so she says. Also the script - did KC tell LE about the script herself? Nope.

The only thing she has sworn to is that she left Caylee at the steps of the sawgrass apartments where she believed ZG lived - she even says that ZG has only lived there for 3 months. During her interview she goes back and forth between leaving her physically in ZG's hands and JUST leaving her on the steps. So I can see JB saying KC left Caylee on the steps of an apartment she believed belonged to ZG.

I think we have to weed out the other stories we heard about what KC is saying to other people and what she has actually said in writing, on camera in recordings.

Do we know what story KC is sticking with? She says she dropped her off with ZFG-but where? Sawgrass or JBP? If Sawgrass-why would she assume Caylee was taken and not in the hospital-perhaps Zanny had another car accident? (I can't believe I'm typing this!!:crazy The JBP story is how KC brought kidnapping and scripts into play!! So, how can she weave a kidnapping into the Sawgrass story when she didn't check with the apt. manager or check out the hospitals? :banghead:

I think they said that to get her to bite and admit it, but I am not sure if they actually do have a video of KC not dropping Caylee off.

There is NO way they can go to trial with the nanny story without putting KC on the stand. I think KC would just lie as normal during cross examination and in her mind think the Jury buys it all because she is pretty (NOT).

According to a Sawgrass resident who came and talked with us they DO have video surveilance at Sawgrass so there is a good chance that was the truth.

No. She said the battery would not stay charged on the Blackberry, purchased for her by her EMPLOYER, and so she had switched the sim card out into her old phone and left the Blackberry laying on her desk at work at UNIVERSAL STUDIOS...only she didn't have a desk there to leave the phone on...:waitasec: And if one is switching the sim card back and forth like that the numbers will still appear on the bill and it was AT&T she had her service through not a pay as you go.:blushing:

Yeah, the number no longer works, so I automatically assumed she was kidnapped and I knew by intuition NOT to contact LE because Zenaida sent me a psychic message...:sick: This girl is as dumb as a rock isn't she?

Correct in all areas of your post Friday but consider the bolded part of your statement. Are these the actions of a responsible adult? I do not think the jury will have 'sympathy' on KC. I think they will see so much "ugly" coping as JB has coined, the focus will be on KC's inability to see anything sinister in the beginning regarding the imaginary nanny. I am not taking a stand on innocence and I am certainly not excusing KC. More to the point, I believe her to be self-centered and truly evil and guilty (moo). I am just thinking on the keyboard right now after seeing this document signed by KC put out there by her attorney.

I don't quite get there strategy on these imo 'insulting' motions. With the media blitzes’' I've come to a vague idea they have pre-determined criteria of the type of 'juror' they want... and seemingly it entails saturating media to eliminate those they don't. As well... maybe their testing theories & hope for one to take?

But the motions, I'm stumped? AL said she was going to put out a lot of motions and I'm just not impressed with her work, it just appears so substandard moo I do understand they are boxed in by discovery and their client, but wouldn’t the best choice be to submit fewer yet professionally completed motions?
