I thought the same thing, but it was by "mutual agreement" with the State and Defense, to extend the deadline, according to Judge Perry's Order.
I'm thinking the "mutual agreement" went something like this -
HHJP: "Alright, we are going to trial in MAY. This is what I think we can do...."
SA: No objection.
Technically I guess that is by mutual agreement. :angel:
On the plus side, I don't feel near as dirty when I read it as when I read one of JB's mudslinging motions.
