The first time you open link, it may need to load a bit. It's two pages from Joe Arpiao

I think I love this man. Although it is very concerning to me that 2 minors were able to visit an inmate without parental consent. (I'm assuming their parents didn't consent).

IDK about that, I've followed both trials pretty close and haven't watched that movie. I've passed it flipping channels and it creeped me out seeing TA portrayed, knowing what would happen, so I did not watch it.

I have never watched it either.

NO, please don't make her stop!! More. More.....

She didn't put CH in a bad light, though I'm sure that was her intention. With every tweet she communicates how pizzed off and vengeful she is that nobody believes she is a victim, and that 13 of 14 jurors believe she doesn't deserve to live.

Believe that Sheriff Joe IS watching and listening to everything she says and does. He doesn't like her. He clearly wants to knock her down a peg or two or a hundred. What she doesn't get (thankfully) is that he IS in a position to mess with her AFTER she leaves Estrella. His report about her doesn't just go to JSS. It'll go to Intake at Perryville.

It's only been a few days since #17 tainted the verdict, and she's already:

1. (Likely) been responsible for breaking the law (s) by giving jurors' names to a public web-hole.

2. Lost her temper between the courtroom and her holding cell on Taint-Day.

3. Insulted and mocked her victim's family before she reached her holding cell.

4. Mocked her victim's family and the public by posting self-congratulatory photos of herself soon after the Death Verdict If It Weren't for the Taint.

5. Has relentlessly sought media attention to try to undermine the jury's findings

6. Insulted Sheriff Joe on Twitter (read: was "disrespectful to Law Enforcement")

7. Either quoted JW accurately or slandered JW by saying JW called JM a liar.

8. Is posting out-of-context from LE interviews. Hopefully she'll soon be posting info that is under seal.

Sheriff Joe will know how to turn all that into a good story about a killer who is positive the rules don't apply to her. :)

What was number #2 about?

Since absolutely nothing can be done about the 'hung' verdict, what does everyone think the upcoming sentence will be?

I say natural LWOP or whatever they call it in AZ.

JA has shown no remorse. Chose not to have the presentencing interview with the Judge or make a statement to the jury. Didn't call any character witnesses at trial. Sat in the courtroom smirking and being as rude as she could be. Thumbs her nose at and shows not the slightest respect for the rules and authority in current prison.

I think she'll be sentenced with LWOP but I'm also very curious how she'll appear on sentencing day. Glasses or no glasses? Make up or no make up? Humble or provocative?

Dave, the IT guy for WS said in a post that too many posts per page overtaxes the server and so the numbers available are reduced. Look on the thread for forum problems...he explains it much better. ;)

Thank you. I went searching for the answer and posted his explanation a few posts up-thread (post #413) You explained it well. I agree with some of the suggestions from other posters... maybe giving up signatures, animated avatars, and even pics... even though I love to post pics, and enjoy others siggys and avatars. I guess we can't have it all and should be thankful for what we do have, right?

Something tells me those prison guards in Perryville are gonna break Jodi like a wild mustang.

I don't know how they're gonna do it, I don't care how they do it.........but they're gonna do it.

I think 2 or 3 years in almost complete isolation would be a good start.

All of these psycho groupies of hers will will fall away one by one when there is no further word from her, and they will be forced to concentrate on other things and deal with their own pathetic lives.

Judge Stephens must have felt a sh##load of heat the last few days.

They released the information about juror #17 in record time.

Things are usually a big secret in her courtroom, but not this time.

Kudo's to everyone that sent e-mails, left voice mails, and signed petitions.

The system DOES work if enough people force it to and hold others accountable.

I feel more confident now that Stephens may give her LWOP----the public demands it.

I am confident that jss will give her lwop because the crime demands it.

Jail chats are from 7:00 am and 9:30 pm. Fourteen and a half hours. Twenty seven video chats at twenty minutes each is nine hours. Plus the time it takes for her to be shackled and escorted down to the chat rooms. I think she gets an hour a day for rec and showering. Seems like she might of only been in her cell for lunch and dinner service. I can see why she was liking jail life so well. Sure isn't the 23 hours a day in solitary we thought it was. Disgusting. I sure hope that Perryville is really 23 hour solitary.

Plus, doesn't there have to be a babysitter?

I'd be interested to see if there is any breakdown of the cost per inmate. I now they pay a little bit towards room and board, but extra manpower required - is that added? She will have many little "queen of " or "first inmate to " to add to her narcissist' scrapbook.

How many times do we need to hear from the jurors? They did one anonymous group interview after the verdict and then others did their own or combo interviews. How many times do we need to hear they took their jobs seriously, they are so sad and devastated and disappointed and J17 refused to deliberate?

And yes it appears the truth is slightly different and there's more to it.

Who is being forced to listen to them or read about them?

Plus they need staff to monitor all these calls- that takes a lot of manpower.....

I am having the same problem, and did nothing "myself" to change my number of posts per page. In fact, there is no way to change it in settings now.

Me too. I've been on 100 posts per page for years, now I'm getting about 25.

Good one, Sheriff Joe! I love the fact that Sheriff Joe knows how to invoke the rules and regulations in creative ways, but also he can outsmirk Jodi! Look at the photo on his personal stationery: gotcha, Jodi!

I wonder if the convicted murderess requested any penis pics or sex chat in her boy-toy video chats? :jail:

I'm not grammar whiz, but every time Jodi says "he and I" instead of "him and me" it annoyed the bejeebees out of me. (Out of me it annoyed the bejeebees?):waitasec:

Jodi's grammar is not that great. Every piece of her writing I've seen includes several errors. She has no business correcting anyone.

What I wouldn't give to be able to view a 'public' live web cam when JA arrives at Perryville. :gaah:

Wishful thinking........:tantrum:

I had no idea they did video visit with the person being in their own home. I thought it was they had to go to the jail go into a video like room with a bunch of other people (like with CA jail videos I saw). It is just crazy to me the system works the way it does. So basically the person at home can do or show whatever the want to the inmate. I feel if you want to visit the inmate you have to go to the jail and do it.

The photos were taken at the jail, though. You can see the glass window and the handset. Inmates at Perryville do not have access to the outside world via computer. Too bad Jodi can't be sent there now to eliminate her grandstanding right this minute.

I hope all these infractions are adding to JA's years in Max and lowering her pay scale for cleaning toilets.

Plus they need staff to monitor all these calls- that takes a lot of manpower.....
I can see why Sherriff Joe seems so over her. I believe he was told he had to let her basically run his jail so there would be no reason for an appeal if she was to get the DP. Her control has come to an end.

Once questioned. The other jurors weren't questioned about their social media use.

Yes they were asked about their social media use, the same as #17(see following questions), apparently #17 felt the need to volunteer the information about sending a message through her facebook, no mention of anyone else doing so.

The big issue for the other jurors was that this one juror was not supporting her "opinion" with any evidence, which is what deliberating is supposed to be about... or so I had thought. They said she kept using KN's favourite word... "feel" when expressing her view and then had nothing to back up why she felt that way. She even admitted as much to the judge when questioned:

http://cdn-static.wildabouttrial.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/arias-minute.pdf
"When asked if she can deliberate with her fellow jurors, she stated: “I don’t feel that I’m being
given a shot.” “My opinion is not being heard.” “My opinion is being --- it’s not being valued
whereas I’m sitting and listening to – you know, we are sitting taking turns. And you know,
other people’s opinions are being written down and valued. I don’t feel mine is.” She stated she
had not refused to consider other points of view from her fellow jurors. She had not refused to
speak to the other jurors and she had not physically separated from the other jurors except she
made it a point not to go to lunch with anybody to remain as impartial as possible. After the
court’s further instruction was provided, she said she is expressing her opinion and others are
expressing their opinions."

"During the court’s individual questioning of the jurors on March 3, 2015, every
deliberating juror was asked these questions.

(1) Have you read, seen, or heard anything about this case in the media?
(2) Has anyone attempted to speak with you about this case?
(3) Have you spoken with anyone about this case?
(4) Have you done any research about this case?
Each juror responded “no” to each question."

I'd be interested to see if there is any breakdown of the cost per inmate. I now they pay a little bit towards room and board, but extra manpower required - is that added? She will have many little "queen of " or "first inmate to " to add to her narcissist' scrapbook.

According to a tweet from Troy Hayden the video phone is rolled right up her cell door and she talks on a handset in her cell, so she doesn't have to go anywhere. She gets to hold court right in her cell! :gaah:
