This is the part of the interview with Juror 17 they should have published first, because she makes perfectly reasonable arguments for her final decision: http://www.azcentral.com/story/news...-arias-juror-17-spared-killers-life/24885399/

I thought so too... Haven't wanted to talk about it though b/c I still think she wiggled her way on to the jury just for the sake of being able to say "she was part of it"...

I think she got way more than she bargained for and wishes should would have been a little more thorough during the jury selection process...

I also think she got associated with a very deceptive group of people with the descion she made! When every-single-thing involved with "Team Jodi" has been so questionable and suspect, it is only natural for us to become suspicious of J17 as well!!

I still have reservations about which Maria might be on bank accounts for it. Ja's first lawyer was named Maria, one of her supporters is Maria Rigadopolous (Anna Scott) and of course "our own" MDLR.

Very unusual. So convoluted.

I think if MDLR is on the accounts (or an account) I think she probably stepped in to be the "adult supervision", and one thing led to another and got herself spun right into a web of conartists.

Goodnight all! Thanks for the great conversations and hoping to have great news soon!

If she's lucky LE will let her keep her free toaster ovens and send her on her way....

At you really going to bed, or are you going to the casino??!! ;0)

Well if there is any veracity to the claims either the FBI or IRS has frozen every account they believe to have been associated in that pyramid.

Just a note here. The reporter continued to misrepresent the situation when he said that the names of the other eleven jurors were shielded. They were not. IIRC, Juror !7's husband was the person who made her name public.

I still don't see her actions as reasonable for someone who was serving on a DP qualified jury. Deliberation of all the evidence, brutal or not, is part of what a juror is obliged to do. Discussion is part of deliberation. Being asked for an explanation is not being disrespected.

J17's condescension, however, was front and centre, IMO. "I don't blame her reaction," Juror 17 said. "I don't blame her pain. If anything, I was a little relieved that her comment wasn't towards a holdout juror." How very reasonable of her not to blame Travis's family for their emotional reaction to the nonverdict after the protracted, disjointed, lie filled mess of a retrial.

Lol. She said she "rolls her eyes that Cancun could even be suggested as a motive". She even "looked up jealous in the dictionary to be as accurate as possible" writing about this. Her going was never discussed and it's just simplistic for people to think she would be upset that a guy she broke up with a year ago didn't take her on a trip "of that caliber"

Have you got a link to this ? Don't think I've ever seen it. Ty

I wanted to make sure I didn't read it wrong, so I went back to check.... It's weird b/c it is one of the big bold quotes down the center of the page, so just now when I went back I also tried to find it in the body of the article and couldn't, it's probably there too but I didn't see it:

"Benjamin Ernst Pay Pal account is still collecting monies for art work. He is using an online account opened at [a certain bank]. In the past 30 days there have been 17 transactions from this account to another [bank] account also opened online in the name Maria de la Rosa. The transactions totaled just over $4100. More to come. The suspicion but not yet proven is that MDLR has online access to both accounts.”

http://www.examiner.com/article/jod...-land-maria-de-la-rosa-named-on-bank-accounts

Apologies if an explanation has already been posted as I am slowly making my way through the thread but you need to read those stand-out quotes as part of the body text - just read through them as if they are 'normal' text and part of the whiole thing. It confused me too until I realised that's how the examiner lays out their articles.

Yes, and Arias tried that on Troy Hayden when he interviewed her. Remember she looked at him and said she didn't realize he was one of the haters? They toss the 'hate' word around continuously.

IMO
She said that to Ryan Owens.

If you want to sue someone you have to find out where the money is first. Freeze it and then go after it. Hopefully the Alexander family is behind this. A real kick in tbe azz for Jodi.

I don't do PayPal so I am not sure how it works. My question is if her accounts are frozen would it some how show up on the donation sights? I don't see PayPal actively still allowing donations to go through on frozen or seized accounts. Maybe a statement like 'this account is temporarily closed'.

Well, I've caught up again!

I've been considering the Examiner article. I don't recognize it as truly MSM, but a slight step above Tweets.

It should be noted that there were 3 precursors to the story Beeswick broke yesterday.

1. Jeff Gold (defense attorney and JA "hater") who began tweeting "follow the money" frequently ever since the hung jury and mistrial.

2. Juan's Tie. We don't know who this person is, but he is obviously the source of the materials mentioned in the article. It's obvious to me that this was a long-term investigation.

3. Christina Beeswick. She wrote the upside-down article.

It sounds to me as though these three worked in concert to break this story. I'm wondering if Juan's Tie could be a double-agent here and chief researcher.

Gold would serve as legal counsel. Remember, Christine said the article had to go by "legal" before it was posted. Could Gold be the "legal" in this case?

I know one thing for sure. The allegations in the article are very strong and if incorrect, could lead to a major legal case. I don't believe they would have run with this story without being extremely positive the allegations are true.

However, I am waiting for MSM and LE (state, federal) to verify the claims at some unknown point in the future.

Until then, I'm :fence:

MDLR told Troy Hayden that she did not read the Christine Beswick site, she just heard about it. I don't believe her, if it was about me I would be reading it not calling a reporter to deny it. I would read it and if it was a lie I would call my lawyer and sue for libel, but she didn't do that so I think it is true or enough of the truth to start a fire. Remember in the article it said MDLR got someone named webber to send that cease and desist letter, which was a fraud. MDLR is in this up to her neck. She closed that twitter account for another reason and I do believe the bank records were seized for examination. The J4JA facebook account is claiming the JAII site is the ones that have caused all the trouble and hurt JA from the start, with the body bag and everything else. But on the J4J site they are claiming DT found 60,000 child *advertiser censored* sites on TA's computer and that is a LIE. They also say Tashia spent a lot of time in prison. I haven't heard that anywhere else. They say the Alexander's were not a family and hardly knew each other. That is not true from all the pictures they have. They spent Christmas's together, so another LIE. Can't the Alexander's sue them for Libel? Before Donovan Bering goes back to jail I think she will talk to the police, if she knows anything about the money, but I don't think she does. JA kept that with the Greeks and her family. But if no one paid any taxes on that money then some people are in trouble. JA has been spending a lot of money in that jail for seven years plus the money to keep her family in AZ and to travel from CA to AZ. That is not tax free money. Donating money for appeals is not tax free money. :notgood::naughty:

I agree with everything you say CM ~
Jeff has been tweeting "follow the money" for sometime now. I have always thought that Juanstie was an insider. A plant if you will. He was also the first one to tweet about the 11 juror's name being released on the jaii site RIGHT AFTER they were posted. Just my opinion of course.

Yea, thats a good way to look at it. I'm gonna wait and see if something more concrete ever becomes of it.

It sounded pretty in depth so somebody seems to know something but you never know.

The "legal" sounds like it may have been Examiners own legal department for their website articles. So right now the news is limited to just 1 source.

Whoever maybe doing the investigation would not typically want anything leaked about it until future charges come about if anything illegal has been done.

There was a lot of detailed information provided and it seems quite a few have begun to be real quiet after the trial now and so there seems to be enough smoke right now to make people wonder there could be some truth to it.

Its all very interesting to say the least.

It's in The Jodifesto

BK has it on her site. The first part is the ninja story but the last half is Jodis explanations of many events (tires, Cancun, MiMi, Deanna, being at Travis house etc)
36 pages

Aha ... sounds like MDLR is doing damage control !

And interesting that she did not call her BFF Kiefer ... and I bet MK is running :scared: from the JA crew right now ... oh well ... lol !

:seeya: Thanks, geevee, for this update !

MLDR called Troy because she heard he was the reporter behind this article. She also told Troy she had not read the article. right.......:liar:

MLDR learned these confrontation tactics from Jodi.
