Kyron Horman Task Force sends out list of 490 people interviewed from school, and asks if they're missing anyone

The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office asked the Skyline School principal to send a flyer to its parents and staff, as investigators seek to determine as definitively as possible, the identity of every person who was on the school campus between 8 and noon on June 4, the day Kyron Horman, then 7, disappeared.

The task force has identified 490 people who were present.
But, in order to ensure "as far as is humanly possible" that law enforcement's list is complete and accurate, it shared the names of everyone they've identified on the e-mail, excluding students, and asked the community to identify anyone who might be missing from the list, or who is on the list but wasn't on campus at that time.

To me, in a situation as this, a missing child ,whose name is Kyron, you do NOT send an E-MAIL...you know the names of those you are sending those emails too. You go door to door and get the information you are requesting. To me, this approach, is very lame and down right plum lazy...This should have been done 7 months ago. If this been done 7 months ago, we may have been a whole lot closer to finding Kyron, what happened to Kyron, or even have found Kyron.

See..,I see it a bit different. Didn't they interview everyone at least twice (way back)? I see it as triple checking and getting a statement from the school that they can use for the defense that will probably say "did you do this, did you check this" type thing and they will a have total confirmation/documentation and they will be able to show each and every person/household was contacted and inteviewed. This is a good thing for both the prosecution and the defense, that no stone was overlooked. :gavel:
I hope that no stone was overlooked for sure. I personally don't know how many individuals were actually interviewed. To me a questionaire is not a interview. Eye to eye contact is a interview. On June 25th there was a article on Orgeonian live (sp)..oh I am not good at cuttin and pasting (under the thread of how many children where at skyline)..it states 350 questionaires were returned...on 12/4..Staton says they interviewed 300 some odd and determined ...and now today, 6 days later we now have 490 people interviewed who were present. I honestly would love to know, and it's not my business for sure, how many people were actually interviewed face to face, eye to eye...not a piece of white paper who can write in on a #2 pencil and erase what you want...were there...the numbers don't add up to me, nor does 7 months later...Thank You Ms.Dee..
