From your post:
This was obviously terrorism, the objective was to "terrorize" random individuals in order to have an impact on the masses or possibly the government. They weren't on a spree kill, they weren't settling grudges, it was terrorism.
News on TV reported nearly 45 minutes that Saudi National did not take credit for attack. He did mention how he felt good for the poor? Strange statement to make.
Then again that is a TV report. I'll try to get another source online to reconfirm.

Tell us about the photo of the runner on the ground with the police.
Thats probably one second after the explosion. He was blown over by the blast and fell on the ground. The cops are just reacting as cops. They didnt know what was going on. Theyre pulling their guns out, looking left and right. They were pretty close to where the explosion went off and could have been killed or injured also.
You try not to get your emotions involved, but there was this man who was kneeling over this woman. Obviously she was injured pretty badly, and hes just comforting her. Hes whispering in her ear. From a photographers point of view, youve seen these pictures before. I made it, and then I moved on.

Swat team is arriving at Brigham and Women's hospital.
Canadians in Boston are urged to call the Consulate General at 1-800-387-3124 or 617-247-5100. At home, Canadians can search raceday.baa.org for the whereabouts of their loved ones during the blast.
Big shout out to those who ran towards the chaos. I don't know if I would have the courage to do that.
