Oh, FGS. I wish I knew who was going to be interviewing her so I could email them and ask to put out some tough questions this time.
I am so sick of the fluff they ask on these news shows, never a follow up question either.

I do, too! No more total sympathy for grieving gp's. Right there, early on in the investigation, she was scheming to mess up the investigation because she knew Caylee was dead, had been in that trunk, and she wanted to save Casey.

Since then, she has played this part of believing Caylee's alive. But in my humble opinion, that switching hairbrushed proves to me that she KNEW from the get go that she did not want a dead Caylee to show up in that trunk.

She also spotlessly cleaned that car...even moving it inside the garage when George states that the smell was even poisoning their house! George said that the car at the towyard was messy...yet LE stated that it was spotlessly neat!

The tampering with evidence and noncooperation from this family is awful.

They refused to provide Tim Miller with anything of Caylee's for the dogs to use to track her.

I let so much go but this latest stunt coming to light makes me sick. I DO believe they should charge her with obstruction of justice! Maybe then, and only then, she will start telling the truth about her dear daughter!

Cindy sure made a mistake callng Kathi Belich stupid. Channel 9 is certainly showing everything they can to show who the A's really are.

Maybe LG wants the FBI to investigate his dealings with the A's so the truth can come out. This is going to be an interesting turn of events I think.

I have been swaying back and forth with some sympathy for their loss of their Granddaughter. I even almost got hoodwinked today with the stupid presser with Ms. America there.
But now our suspicions are correct. GA laid it all out, put the nails in KC's coffin, now hopefully he'll open his big mouth and put them in CA's.
No wonder Lee is staying away.

Perhaps some pressure from the Feds will lead to a plea and Caylee's body.

The station has even put together a sketch which incudes the "being thrown out of Baez's office" and they use it as a slogan for this case.

WFTV and Kathi Belich is sure stirring things up with this case, I think Baez made a very poor decision when he kicked WFTV (reporter and cameraman) out of his office the day Casey was indicted for murder

ITA That would make it more worth getting up to watch! I'll catch the clips from NG & CNN instead that'll be enough for me. I would like them to ask why she gave LE the wrong hairbrush, washing the clothes, cleaning the car etc. etc. etc. I would have a field day if only I r another WS got to ask ?'s!

To me, it seems that this is just another Cindy technicality. Maybe technically she did give them a brush with some of Caylee's hair, but she didn't give them the one that would have obviously been preferable. Just like technically being a liar isn't a crime. All of this WEIRD game-playing makes me sick. Why in the world would she not give them a brush that had the best samples...why indeed!!

I haven't see anything that says both Caylee and Casey used the same hairbrush.

I find it hard to believe a then 2 yo would use the same brush as an adult simply because the bristles would hurt a small child with wispy fine hair. They hate hair brushing anyway, at least at my house. :crazy:

Maybe that's why the lab could only pin the hair down to a female in the Anthony family. Now that's a big problem.

That's exactly what I was thinking..

One would assume that if there wasn't already, efforts will be made to repeat the tests with hair from the "right" brush containing strictly Caylee's Mitochondrial DNA.

Although, with Cindi's penchant for spite she may have hand picked every last hair out of that brush to prevent the FBI from re-testing.

I am definitely not an expert, but I would assume that if Cindi knowingly and willingly withheld that evidence from Law Enforcement than she could most certainly be charged with Obstruction. I'm also floored as to why someone who claims to be searching for her missing granddaughter, would gloat about misleading the VERY PEOPLE who are trying to help find your grand baby???

If I was Law Enforcement, the last dregs of compassion and goodwill for these folks would have gone right down the drain with the first read of that email. Spitting in the collective faces of those who have the power and resources to be your best friend or worst enemy, generally isn't advised.

What some may consider to be Karma rearing its lovely head, is the fact that now the Anthony's have ZERO legal representation in the face of a possible criminal indictment should the FBI choose to take them/her to task for the blatant duplicity.

I cannot help but be deeply amused about that fact.

I'm a married, middle-aged, educated, professional woman from the burbs and they would have thrown ME in the slammer by now!!!!! Why does this family continue to avoid the law?? This case will go down in the history books for SURE - :bang:

If this is in fact true, it's yet again another questionable act on CA's part in my opinion. I understand the A's are in a terrible place. And while I cannot even begin to grasp how they must be feeling, I would hope that if I were in this situation people would lend a helping hand and listen with a compassionate heart even if they didn't share my beliefs. I think a great many have done this for the A's.

With this though, I've watched those same people who've reached out to them in this time be publicly slandered and torn down. And yet, many who've been victim to this have not responded in tune out of respect for their situation.

But when I read a statement like this "It is unlikely the Anthonys would be charged since they lost their granddaughter, but the issues could affect their credibility if they try to defend Casey in court" from the writer of this article http://www.wftv.com/news/18146218/detail.html#- I'm truly saddened that a families grieving should translate to their being excused for actions that may in fact be impeding an investigation into a missing child. In this statement, the dignity and compassion Caylee is so deserving of is non-existent.

Finally, I'm glad to be here with all of you who each day, exude what a people's soul should truly be. And this, I hope Caylee...and all the other victims who've surely felt our care, concern and love will hold dear to their hearts.

LE asks for Caylee's brush. Cindy purposely gives LE Casey's brush. Looks like tampering to me.

Cindy's action is questionable at the very least. IMO
She knew she had a bairbrush that ONLY Caylee used, but she chose to give the FBI a hairbrush that more than 1 person used.
In her own words, in the LE interviews, Cindy felt that LE was more intent in gathering evidence and building a case against Casey than findying Caylee.

Just a quick thought....wouldnt they collect hairs to test from places like her carseat....that only Caylee uses? Not just the brush?
And was there a hair brush in the Caylees bag since CA said there were toiletries in there?
They must have hair from places other than the brush that CA gave them.

According to the forensic reports, other than a hairbrush the FBI lab were also given a comb that belonged to Caylee.

Just on Nancy Grace,.. Leonard Padilla said that while the female bounty hunter was staying there, Cindy said, "I should have given them the dog's toothbrush when they asked for Caylee's."

Well if the hairbrush wasn't Caylee's I would put some serious doubt as to whether the comb was Caylee's. JMO.

I don't think the motivation is to save kc's arse as much as it is CA feeling like she should control any discipline of kc. basically, if CA doesn't care that she did away with Caylee, how dare LE? like its not their place to step in and hold kc accountable. CA is the one who should do that.(in her mind) From what I have read she has always dealt with kc on her own, which means kc doesn't get in any trouble. I guarantee you it has everything to do with CA's obsessive control issues and nothing to do with proving kc innocent. If she were not on meds, she probably would be in jail.
