Why do you think Suffolk Conservative Party leader Ed Walsh is going to jail? He went to jail because the Board his record was posted on, the same Board where WS found me and invited me to join WS. That Board and the other one have been taken apart.

This is so disturbing to me since the field of journalism should always be about the truth and covering the story, not becoming the story. That's exactly how it feels to me that Newsday should be seeking the truth, not covering it up.

Considering the depth of corruption and with the conviction of James Burke and his relationships within Oak Beach. Shame on them for shoddy journalism.

Barbie let me make this very clear. The shame should not be visited on any particular reporter, but the paper itself. There was one reporter that broke the dam on this mess when she wrote the story about Christopher Loeb being arrested. If you read papers as long as I have you would know the reporter wrote a lot more than what the editors allowed. It, IMO, was the beginning of the end, an End we haven't yet seen.

I won't mention names so I won't embarrass this young lady, but IMO, she is the real hero for what we are witnessing now.

I would agree. Unfortunately news agencies are a business and all businesses must manage risk. Eyeballs and ears are a precious commodity in the competitive news world -- page views (it used to be circulation) called "impressions" are everything to media buyers who place ads. If you lose a major scoop in the future because a key person won't talk to you because you ticked them off in a previous story, it impacts your ledgers. The result is many a story that is important to the public remains unfiled and on a journalist's notepad.

As far as records go HF did at one point in time did own a home in Oak Beach. But this HF died or has been recorded to have died in January 2011 ...... so there is some confusion about who's house this party actually took place at.

HF has a history as a convicted cocaine distributor ......his is rumoured to have been Involved in the *advertiser censored* trade .... also the home he sold was sold to a democrat finacial secretary at a highly inflated cost ...... a few hundred thousand ..... there are questions how that is possible .... who got the money ...

But as to WHO would be doing the actual filming of such disgusting *advertiser censored* films... who knows. The guy that had stolen JB's bag said there was some hard-core *advertiser censored* in it, but he mentioned child *advertiser censored*, then called JB a pedophile. Hopefully if a snuff film was in the bag he would have mentioned it. Do people actually pay good money to be in that home association on that beach? Kinda makes you wonder why, if things like that are going on out there. You would think they would expel those who are disrupting the laid back life-style of the neighborhood. Maybe some members did get the boot?

What needs to be done is to dig deeper into the Burke, Brewer and Feingold connections. It should wrap up the mortgage thing, the sex parties and put at least any 2 of the above in the same place at the same time, possibly more than once.

As I mentioned in another post, original deed and mortgage (lien) info straight from the county clerk’s paper files for the 2004 real estate transaction may yield good info. Oftentimes there is info on the original documents that doesn’t make its way onto an online database.

If there is a mortgage connection between Feingold and Stricoff a local title company may be able to help uncover the details.

Leanne’s affidavit states she was at the house in June 2011 – HB Feingold was deceased by this point. He could not have been there.

WSers have learned the house was sold from Feingold to Stricoff in 2004.

So someone gave Leanne information that was 7 years old – unless his name is still on the deed OR he financed the current owner (Stricoff) in which case Feingold’s name would be on a lien. I find it odd and improbable that someone would mention the owner of the house as “Feingold” to an escort just attending the party -- especially since he's been dead 6 months . Did she ask one of the attendees, "hey, whose house is this?" and someone answered, "Feingold's". A misdirect? That's possible.

Otherwise, how did the name come up and why?

I'm late in reading about this new character HF. All I know so far is that he is the owner of the house where Leanne claims she was at when she saw JB. Can someone summarize the other theories behind HF?

Joe Brewer (linked to Shannan Gilbert) according to a WSer apparently knew:

Harry Feingold, deceased (former owner of house at 58 Savannah Walk in Oak Beach and the name mentioned by Leanne in her affidavit as the person who owned the “house in Oak Beach” where she witnessed “first hand” – so to speak – Burke at a party in June 2011) who sold it to:

Robert Stricoff (who is linked to Steve Bellone, as the fundraising address for Friends of Steve Bellone is PO Box 4309, which is 58 Savannah Walk in Oak Beach) who was the property owner of the house at the time Leanne had her encounter with:

James Burke.

Since HBF had a sketchy past and was involved in the escort and *advertiser censored* world (in fact, tried to produce a *advertiser censored* reality series) and because HBF once owned the house that Burke was seen partying with sex-for-money guests, it is being suggested that HBF's activities may have been linked with the activities of Burke, who likes *advertiser censored* and prostitutes as well. Given the proximity of events to Shannan and the lifestyle of the players and the 2 houses in Oak Beach, we are trying to piece together and confirm any relationships.

The information I received from what I believe to be a reliable source is: There were 5 discs in the bag. All 5 covers were of a homosexual nature. One disc had a picture of a young boy that appeared to be no older than 12-13. His mouth was wide open at there were 5 erected penises directed to his mouth.
