Yes in court this week she said she had a 22 year old daughter with Burke. In addition I heard the daughter was with Lowrita in court when Burke was sentenced.
News 12 long island just aired a piece about chris loeb trying to get his conviction tossed today.. its not on news12 interactive site yet and i cant find a news link for it. Maybe this is why burke was brought back from PA?

I am leaning toward Bitrolf, but I have a feeling people in Oak beach may have used a Serial Killer as cover for getting rid of who they wanted.
The killer is let run free till someone stumbles across them.
The DNA provided by his brother got him caught, but he left semen in both victims. If he was caught, as he was for robbery and was on file I think a match would have shown. I wonder did a match show but no one said anything? It would be a bigger scandal than anything....
The elephant in the room. And the Irony is one of the killers could have a child by one of the undesirables....

Anyone get the feeling this is starting to smell like the Serial Killer in The Wire who never was, but Jimmy made everyone think there was one.
I.e. Find a body or two. Say nothing. Get rid of the people you want to in the same area. Find bodies. No DNA incredibly. None. No photos of Asian man's clothes. No database for Victims to link to families. Police can do what they want then....

Another thing which was mentioned was how many of these women go missing in the Summer. Is there anything in June or July which is prevalent in the sea, clams, fish ect or maybe something which happens around the Summer. It's a great cover for Someone moving to their beach house.

Yes of course everything, summer rentals, its the beach coast. People from Manhattan have thier permanent summer homes out here. Fishing goes on from March to December in some cases all year long. Fishing is not only prevalent to the summer months.
The address in the news is "Oakley Street which is on the same block as the Budget Inn Motel in East Massapequa. A strange coincidence.
Chris loebs plea to toss the conviction will be ruled on jan 31st. News12 LI report today.

After another program in TV tonight I am convinced the LI killings and Gilgo are one group and one killer.
The Atlantic City killer had no interest to me either till tonight.
Everyone is put off by MO, but killers change their MO to put people off the scent. And they adapt to their surrounds. Atlantic City guy had a habit of throwing around and offering big money. He hated women if he was the greasy haired guy in the nightclub which I believe he was.
I think he moved up the coast after the girl you avoided him in the club reported him. He moved in to Oak Beach 20 years ago. He adapted. Kept his head down until the parties started. If anyone had the moxy and ability to kill for the group and make it look like a serial killer it was him. Bisset provided the bags. They knew the Gilgo was full of bodies but no one said anything. Then Gilbert escaped while on the phone. She didn't get far. She was high and confused running for her life.
The phone calls made were clever it made people think Serial Killer but the MO was actually very similar. Lots of cash like Atlantic City, rough, and the use of the word *advertiser censored* and real hatred of women. The perfect cover till Gilbert ran was the group of unsuspecting sex crazed **** withs in Oak Beach. The cops there could advise on how they trace phones.
The one thing which says he's local is when he says he can watch her rot. He lives there no doubt or has just moved. I wonder if the Escort in Atlantic City has been able to view photos of all the suspects in Oak Beach?

The lack of release of the Gilbert call is unusual as well. They could release with names beeped out, but there must be another reason. Maybe she wasn't so calm, or maybe there were loads of people there and not just Brewer. Pak was supposedly outside in the car. Or was he delivering another victim....also voices heard there may be connected to the voices on the phone calls. DEA drug running information. Who knows. Nothing ever gets investigated there it seems, Burke or no Burke....

Maybe a parent so. Very near the water. Maybe some dumped at sea. Someone who owes a Boat and can fish alone. Maybe someone from up the Hudson who is well known and it's not unusual for them to be around on the water in the Summer. A water taxi service. Someone who can pack their boat somewhere without a care away from the Marina.

Sherlock.. Was the program you saw last night new? And if it was, where did you find it? Ive been trying to find the BBC european documentary on the gilgo deaths for awhile and just cant seem to locate it.

I hadn't seen it before. Not sure who produced it but in Europe we got it on CandI. Good description of the At.antic City guy. Maybe glasses. Dark greasy hair. Hated women. An escort was out with her friends. They met him. He may have put his hands on her throat. Two of her friends ended up dead he disappeared. Now they were placed behind the hotel but no cameras caught him? His description was similar to PH imo. Love to know when Brewer Hackett Pak and others moved to Oak Beach any around 20 years ago.

How? If Burke is the ringmaster of the Burlap group. Just two different killers. You can't say he killed everyone in the area and put everyone away who was innocent no matter how rancid he is.

Personally, I don't think he killed anyone and that his involvement was covering up at best but that's absolutely my opinion. I click on this thread to follow developments specifically about Burke and I find it harder to do so when there's posts about theories and other cases that don't pertain to him. I think perhaps hodge podge thread, one killer or more, possible connections between the gb4 and other murders might be better suited to your theories and might also have been discussed before. My opinion, and I've stated it so I'll stop posting about it since it's also off topic
