Huntington is approx. 30 miles from Gilgo Beach. By car. By boat would be closer.

Huntington is on the North Shore. Gilgo is on the South Shore.

Hawk...I stumbled upon a blog you were posting in from years back (2006) about Jessica Manners. Boy oh boy..you were spot on about Spota and SCPD.

Vital Statistics

Estimated age: 25 - 45 years old
Approximate Height and Weight: 5'8" - 6'0"; 140 - 150 lbs.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Possible Hispanic. Short dark brown or black hair.
Clothing: Wearing a khaki colored, short sleeved, v-neck shirt with black trim, a New Jersey t-shirt depicting a seaside scene with a emblem Atlantic City on it, size 30-32 Levi L2 blue jeans and a blue bathing suit. He was not wearing shoes or socks.
Fingerprints: Available
Dentals: Available. Teeth are decayed and about eight teeth missing - and no dental work at all.
Case History
The victim was located near a chain-link fence in a wooded area 50 feet off the shoulder of the eastbound lanes of the Northern State Parkway, east of Wolf Hill Road, in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County, New York.
A contracted inspector from the state Department of Transportation who was overseeing a grading operation about a half-mile east of the exit found him. Contract employees last worked along that stretch of road when lighting fixtures were installed in December.
The man was shot three to five times in the head and torso with a large caliber pistol, and his body was stuffed into a black garbage bag.

I don't see any resolution for the woman from 95 dumped on Wolf Hill just that she was found with heroin in her body. She may have overdosed and it looks like she was cut open to remove the dope. Still she is dumped in a close spot to Wolf Hill Road man so I thought it was worth mentioning.
 
Dee I have no idea if she posted on bp/cl I looked through utopia guide because I imagine a young girl like that would have some talk on there. Maybe cpaul knows? I couldn't find anything.I don't know how long she'd been escorting, the video made it sound like she just started. I have to say, this is a strange murder, it really doesn't seem like the LISK's signature, with possible post mortem mutilation, but it could be. She doesn't really fit the victimology though, she would have been noticed missing right away, she grew up right there while all of the g4 were not from LI
 
Wouldn't count on that Ma, I'm sure as soon as prostitution came up suffolk stopped the investigation. Her friend mentions she saw Sarah walking but two weeks before hear murder but didn't stop because she "wasn't the same person" anymore (due to the heroin). I wonder if her friend is imply Sarah could have been street walking?
 
My only regret is when I went to college I didn't major in English. It leaves me short of properly expressing myself when using the Queen's English. I think I could better make my case if I was allowed to use the words I grew up with in the streets, police, etc., But this isn't the right place to use such words.

NEXT STORY I WOULD LIKE TO GUIDE THE READER'S THROUGH is the USE of the Polygraph. In Suffolk County it is USED to HIDE the Truth, not FIND the TRUTH.

I think I can convince many of you how this really works.

Three cases that need to be reviewed are the polygraphs of :

Lowrita Rickenbacker
Joseph Brewer

James Burke. That one is simple. If he took a polygraph how the hell was he hired if the test was on the level.
 
You have to read between the lines to get to the real story. Why do you think Mary Murphy slipped in Oheka Castle into the story?
 
Hawk while you are here, do you remember you claimed you heard that John Bittrolff's victims had two different DNA samples? Can you elaborate on this?
 
I don't think I ever said such thing. I was never really interested in that part of the case to even bother to post about it. IF,for some reason I forgot, please advise....
 
I could have sworn you said you heard that rumor some time after bittrolff was arrested, i could be mistaken, although I usually have a pretty sharp memory with that kind of stuff. If you don't remember saying it I guess I'm wrong. I though it was important because I suspect Bittrolff could have an accomplice, considering the Vision Ministries Open Arms angle, that Rita's daughter was friends with Melissa and that Bittrolff's childhood home was blocks from Raffo's childhood home in Mastic Beach.

Yes I know, but i thought Hawk said that one of the women had two dna samples found on her. I will have to go back and do a thorough search and see if I can find the post. The strange thing about Bittrolff is he kills three women and then stops? The LISK starts around 96 with the Fire Island legs, Peaches in 97 and so on. The LISK seems to have somewhat of a long interval between victims. One a year for the gilgo 4? But we don't know when Asian Male, mother and toddler, Manorville '12 were killed. There seem to be A LOT of UID from the year 2000.

What DNA was found on his victims? Was that public? TIA
 
Pretty sure it was semen, he was arrested because his brothers dna hit and then they followed him and collected his cigarettes i believe. they also found sawdust on the victims that they said came from his work. I think Jessica Taylor was actually dumped on or had dumped on her branches like maybe a landscaper would use. That's a pretty big clue in my opinion. The LISK is probably a landscaper just like rifkin. Hawk there is a post on theerant about how the cops received a bunch of tips about an EMPLOYEE of bissett being the SK, and not bissett himself. Does anyone know about this? Can anyone confirm that the police DID raid the nursery after his death. There def were posts on here by locals that claimed they saw the nursery being searched with tons of police cars. Back to bittrolff, I just don't see how he stops after 3. And the Tangredi connection to MB....I say he is the killer or he has an accomplice.
 
Or maybe Bittrolf was set up.
IDK. With this huge can of worms about to bust open for Burke and the SCPD...nothing is out of the realm of possibilities IMO.
 
Na i don't think he was set up at all...there are things that point to him as connected to g4. see the JB thread.

If he's not the sole killer, then it makes sense he's either part of a group or had a partner

My mind always goes back to that strange group of men with red rocks in the woods of manorville, a post on bygone LI, and i wonder if the killings are some group like UG CCC. I bet some of the UID are talked about in the UG LI streetwalker thread
