Where I'm at, our property has a number assigned to it in a specific subdivision (even in the country people subdivided property back in the 50's according to our 'lot' deeds.)

Is a "parcel number" the same as a lot number? We have 2 lots. Each comes with it's own tax liability. Is it the same with parcel numbers?

(It probably doesn't matter much, I'm just curious about the terminology)

Are you saying you can't see the document here? It's displays for me; but at times is gone.

I went to this link, and got a search page. I put "Shakespear" in the last name section and got a list of transactions, none dated for 1/13/09 (I got 1/16/09 on one). There are 5 entries for AS, none which I can view and it's most likely because my security settings are on high. The earliest date I can see on the list of 5 entries is 12/04/1985.

*I am most likely doing something wrong, thanks for bearing with me and trying to explain as you've been going through all these documents.*

I figured out what I was doing wrong and can now view the documents (had to open a new tab and use the "get image" icon on the page). I have to figure out what I'm reading. Thanks lbminnesota!

I hope this explains it better. The last filing has to do with the 104 edgewater property. It was obtained after a death as well.
In all these trails some common last names are King, Johnson, Anderson. You will see.

The number in green, if a number by a transaction is placed there it is the parcel number. This is something they are doing, slightly changing a property.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd will talk more about Moore's finances this afternoon.
Moore, 37, has talked to deputies about Shakespeare's disappearance, Eleazer said.
Judd has stated he believes Shakespeare is the victim of a homicide. No suspects have yet been named. The Polk County Sheriff's Office and Heartland Crime Stoppers have issued a $10,000 reward for information leading to Shakespeare's whereabouts.

Judd will talk in detail about this case at 3:30 p.m. in Bartow, Eleazer said. He is speaking to the local media today because ABC's "Nightline" program is doing a segment on the case Thursday night.

Tell me if what I am about to post is incorrect since I am not up to date like you all.

If, for whatever reason, Dee Dee's name was on Abraham's bank account then there was no law broken correct?

Of course how her name got on the account and where Abraham is now are the questions we need answered.

BUT, the transfer of this money does go to D's state of mind. She knows Abraham is not coming back so why not take his money?
 
I know I can go in person to my bank and add anyone I want to my account. That person would have to go to the bank with proper identification and sign a signature card if he/she were to be allowed to either write checks on my account or do any transfer of funds.

Abraham had given Power of Attorney to someone (cannot remember who). I wonder if that extended to his banking?

It is not against any law I know of to add anyone's name you want to your bank account, but I have to wonder if it had been done legally.

Interesting comments over at the news article. Someone spoke of DM's boyfriend. Some of the comments sounded as if scamming/scheming might be typical of DM. I sure wish someone honest could have befriended AS before she did. JMO.

According to Judd:

On Dec. 27, 2009, Moore had lunch with Shakespeare's mother, Elizabeth Walker, and tried to convince her that Shakespeare was alive and well. During the lunch, Walker received a phone call from an unknown man who identified himself as her son. Walker does not think the caller was her son.

Moore told detectives she purchased Shakespeare's house for $655,000, and then purchased debt owed to him worth $185,000. She says these were cash transactions, but there are no indications that she paid any of this money out.

In February 2009, Moore assisted Shakespeare with opening a limited liability, "Abraham Shakespeare, LLC," and then gave herself complete signing authority. With that authority, she gave herself $1 million. Moore told deputies Shakespeare gave her the money as a gift. She has used this money to purchase a Hummer, a Corvette, a truck, and went on lavish vacations.
 
Aw now come on, I'm sure the vacations were to look for Abraham.........sorry had to say it.
