Is anyone else as confused as I am? And yes, I have read all the posts.

I finally understand I think what is going on. When Dee posts about renting the little red house or when Shar filled out the HVAC form - it's telling people they have a house to move. There were about 15 of those HVAC forms filed out by the same contractor in Plant City in a six month period. The contractor gets a kickback for filing the document with the county. People see them by watching the court filings on the county website. They then do another filing saying the work is completed - they have moved the house. I saw a tons of these through Stitzel's company.

James Moore just filed two to request start of contractor work; one for a pool (the company is connected to Stitzel) and another for new shingles. They are moving two of Stitzel's houses.

When Moore advertises that she needs three nurses, she has three houses. She's doing the same thing as these guys but in a less crude way. The shingle was a code that they are moving the tan house. Remember - she had a Craigslist post in December needing a nurse. These guys put a boat in front of a house as a for-sale sign; Stitzel goes up a notch and puts out his shingle.

They do this like drug dealers move product.

I'm not suggesting Barnhill isn't a real person somewhere in the world; I suspect he doesn't live or work in Plant City. I looked at his filings; same as Veronica. Just paper filings; and then nothing. Doing this is child's play compared to their other schemes. I am certain his image was photoshopped by the studio.

This is so creepy.

Stitzel was recently appointed to the Florida Waterfowl Advisory Council by the Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives. Duties of an advisor to the Waterfowl Council? I learned today that the secret code word in waterfowl crime is AMP.

Isn't AMP also the acronym for "American Medical Pros" and does HS or/and DM have that as a business name?

I don't know; but they use AMP a lot as code in describing property. By putting AMP on his sign, buyers get it right away since he didn't put a boat on the front lawn.

They have had over 3,000,000 views on their site (just on the Florida waterfowl site); a lot of yippi's when the moderator posted this factoid.

This site is something - they upload pictures of ducks to represent how many properties they have to sell. They also give a by-county alert in duck talk naming police officers and giving warnings.

They give information on deeds, land, how each county/state works. You can tell they move around to different states as buyers around the country are on there. They link to a mortgage broker and he uses pictures of different kinds of wood to represent something. Didn't quite figure out the different wood grain thing. These properties are being sold within hours of posting.

The picture I posted is more revealing than most about the property. You will see mostly the boat and the property is across the street. They are very careful not show much of the property; they are showing what the boat looks like for buyers to recognize the property. Or they will put a boat near a lake to represent lakeshore property.

Duck talk: "I am just getting started hunting in the lakeland area. Have a layout boat, Go Devil Boat and pleanty of decoys. Looking for some advice"

Well, AMP and American Medical Pros, incorporated by Dee Dee Moore does have the same acronym. It could be coincidence that AMP is used in describing property as well, I'm not so sure.

Shar is also a code word; the way the talk in code about recent deaths and using the name is...not a word to describe.

They also speak of animals and animal hospitals as a coded reference to I believe a ticket that will be entered in the court system. I saw this in Brevard. All the properties I looked at had animal violations; not having rabbi shots. I thought it was the oddest thing. This is some kind of signal about the property. Maybe letting the original owner, like Stitzel, know that the transaction has been completed.

I believe peibies is a code for the street name.

Check out www.birdmanstudios.com. He has dozens of mounts online standing and flying and many different species. You can click on any picture to enlarge it. His site has helped me pick poses for my mounts.

The Lake has been dredged and the last I heard/saw there were no birds on it. No coots, no ducks, no life. I flew over the Lake on 11/19 and saw nothing.
