Stephanie E Crews signs the document as Sharon's Power of Attorney. At her signature line, the document has been prepared as 2006. She signs on April 30 and writes over year making it 2007.

The document is filed with Polk County on May 7, 2007 - same filing date of Sharon making her sister Stephanie power of attorney.

On 2/07/07, Claude E Lewis is granted Marriage License to Stacy Marie Brown. The marriage date is 3/2/07 and to be held at 3425 Lake Alfred Rd #7 Winter Haven. The marriage license is also filed with Polk County on 3/2/07.

Someone said, if I was really interested in finding him, I would be willing to list some of his friends or people that owed for you to look up. They ask about Gregory Massey because he use to help Abraham out with his business. He was the one with Franklin Jackson in the newspaper when he first started his loan business. I talk with Greg Massey and he has no idea where he would go. I'm willing to offer 10,000.00 for someone to take him to the nearst sheriffs department for me. These are some people but I got two pages of them. This is at least a start.

Michael World - moved shortly after Abraham did. He owned a clothing store in town and owed Mr. Shakespeare 100,000.00. He would have not hurt him but could be helping him hide

Thank you so much ACandyRose, as always you have the goods! I thought maybe these people were worth looking in to some more just to try to help connect the dots a little more in Abraham's life if nothing else. I do think Dmoore was trying to deflect the heat off of herself by posting this but ... you just never know.

Nice to see this thread back up and at it too! Bottom line is I think we all just want justice for Abraham and that includes the good, the bad, and the ugly of it all. I think ideas can be tossed out there and if plausible then go in that direction, if it doesn't make sense, then head in another. That is what sleuthing is about!

Thank you Tricia for letting this case be sleuthed in the way that is, hopefully answers will be found. Thank you to all who are following this case too, whether actively on the board posting or taking notes in the background ... you all are what makes Websleuths what it is and making a difference in the world.

The house on Pearl Street is another mess. First off the title is not clear. It’s going to take a couple of court dates to fix that mess. The biggest thing is that Abraham wants Cedric Lewis sued. Not for money just so that he can never do this to anyone else again. He sold him a house for $123,000. No house in that whole neighbor has ever sold for more than $36,000. It’s not in a very good neighborhood. After I researched it even more I got someone willing to testify in Abraham’s behalf against Cedric Lewis.
Several houses Abraham bought for people were never filed. They went out and got loans with other companies. When Abraham finally filed papers he was considered the second mortgage holder. Those houses are now in foreclosure with the first loan holders. So they will be no money awarded on those houses.
These are not money lawsuits because they don’t have any money left. He just wants them not to be able to do this to other people.


lbminnesota, is the "Pearl Street" home in your post, the same one DM wrote about here?

I bolded portions of this passage, I think it's interesting that DM is admitting that the property transactions were a mess and is seemingly pointing a finger at Cedric Lewis. That seems to be she blames everything and everyone else, IMO.

The last page of this mortgage transaction is a Balloon Mortgage Note that Claude E and Cedric E Lewis promise to pay in sum of $37,000. (The 1 page of mortgage is a balloon that the Staley's are to pay to Claude for $37,000.) Staleys pay $37K Lewis pay $37K = $0

The money is payable in lawful money of the United States of America to 795 Crepe Myrtle Circle Apopka FL 32712.

On 1/22/07 Claude E Lewis grants property to Shakespeare & Associates (address used is home of Elizabeth Walker/Abraham's mother). The Subject To covenants clause paragraph is 2005; not 2006. Filed 2/15/07.

Are you seeing the same "mess" that DM posted about in regards to the Pearl St. residence? In the post, DM said "the title is not clear and it will take several court dates to fix it" (loosely quoted). Since I'm easily confused with the transactions, does this seem that DM was being truthful in her description? (I'm not trying to stick up for DM, I'm trying to figure out in my head where DM might have been painting herself an innocent victim or if she was a victim in buying these 'debts' and I still consider AS the biggest victim of all, I just don't know who "all" is?) Sorry for babbling and I hope someone can make sense of what I'm trying to say.)

I hope this explains it better. The last filing has to do with the 104 edgewater property. It was obtained after a death as well.
In all these trails some common last names are King, Johnson, Anderson. You will see.

The number in green, if a number by a transaction is placed there it is the parcel number. This is something they are doing, slightly changing a property.

I also found a "deedeemoore" listed as a model on a *advertiser censored* website where users can purchase photos. I won't post the link because the site is disgusting- even the homepage. If anyone wants the link, send me a pm. I did not find a profile or photos of her, just the name in a dropdown menu of a list of "model names" on a form to report "illegal content" on the site. As if.
