was the firearms expert from the Kaufman trial...the CSI that slung the door open after her affair with supervisor was revealed?

do yall realize and I wonder why no one told Abe if he had just placed his money in a regular FDIC insured investments he would have made 300 to 500K a year w/o ever touching the balance!

I saw where he would go with one bank then wipe it out move to another cash out etc. Someone should have drilled it in him that it takes money to make money and if he kept that up he would soon be broke again, shaking my head
 
I heard someone say once that if you took all the money in the world and divided it up equally amongst all the people it wouldnt be long before all the rich people would be rich again and all the poor would be poor again cause It isnt what you have its what you do with it... very true

Years ago when I first moved to Oklahoma someone told me about the instant wealth some Indians received when oil was discovered. The story was that these new rich men would purchase brand new cars, drive it around and when it ran out of gas, they thought it was time to buy another one. They'd leave the out of gasser on the side of the road.

I think she may be mistaken about the child support with that much money the judge could order he pay something like 20 % of his net earnings based on what that money COULD make whether or not he was investing it. If he was pissing it all away wouldnt matter in the court's eyes, the kid's father has X and his income is based on what his investments can make I think, does anyone know if this is correct??. I would think this is the only way to arrive at a figure when you have that kind of cash.
 
Thanks, ACR. I missed the name, but when she started testifying, I realized it could be her. Is she the one who also posted here? I remember seeing posts about how she wanted to move out of the red house and all the problems she was having concerning the case.

Now, after seeing her, I realize she's not a terribly sophisticated woman. She sure had a lot on her plate back then.

When an attorney asks to approach the court and they all go over to the sidebar I have noticed DM has headphones on. Is she listening to what is being discussed at the sidebar? I saw the infamous (IMO) Casey Anthony trial and I never saw the defendant with headphones on while all those lawyers were at the bar. Is it up to the defendant if they want to hear what is said?
 
I'm assuming Deedee has paperwork (maybe a demand to Abraham from Child Support) to show the demands were serious.
But then again, she's made that much up over the years now that she cant determine whats real and not, so who knows.

Funny I was just discussing this with my son last night because of this case. My child support came from Florida and I know I could request increase as my ex's salary increased and I know if he came into a large sum of money there are a lot of gray areas...ie inheritance (could not get money increase), bonus' at work - yes, lottery I would think so....however, I did a little research on i last night....any back child support owed cannot be raises because of "coming into money"....all that can be added to that would be court late fees...but child support going forward could be raised due to winnings..but there ALOT of variables

LOL I dont doubt that one bit LOL they really got a bad rap I hate that for them and I am part Indian too. The smart ones all own casinos now.
