If the car was ditched Tuesday before the AA was issued they are in Mexico IMO. I have a feeling that this is why they haven't been found. Wonder if there is any evidence showing Diana was with him in Orange County.

The man suspected of taking nine-year-old Diana Alvarez from her San Carlos Park home last week was taken into custody overnight -- but there is no sign of the child.

Jorge Guerrero was being questioned at the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office.

Not only is there a TON of open land in okeechobee but anyone that lives there can tell you at least 4-5 places where dozens and dozens of Alligators congregate.

Just meant that he was suspected but was there any real evidence that he did it? I guess there had to be something for LE to issue the Amber Alert, but we aren't privy to it...Just hoping and praying that she is still ok wherever she is!!

When the Amber Alert was issued he would have turned himself in I'd hope. I think he avoided police from the beginning. I'm sure they will find evidence in the car. And hopefully surveillance footage. This guy may have had help and not be the only one responsible. IMO
