Holy Smolley!!!!!

Happens in apartment complexes too. They don't bother changing the locks or they just move them from unit to unit. You have a key and if your so minded a person all you have to do is just go from door to door and find one that fits your old key.
Had a drunk guy come into our place years ago. He had moved and forgot he moved and was working on auto pilot. We had only been there two weeks.
He sobered up real fast looking up at my double barrel shotgun and ran out the door..
I was so T'ed off. Lock go changed as soon as the hardware store opened and I didn't bother to give the complex the key either.

Then again... parents have to CARE enough to at least check the registry, geeesh.
:parrot:

When we moved in here, I checked the registry. And then bought a gun, a dog and an alarm.
We don't always have control over where we live, but we can control who comes in our house.
My soon to be husband knows that I have checked up on all of his friends as well as all of my own. He was offended at first, but now he understands.

I don't hear him saying he installed the deadbolt in the Greta interview. Did he state that elsewhere?

According to the website above, the addresses listed are:

"According to our research of the Florida and other state lists there were 23 registered sex offenders living in zip code 32189 in early 2007."

This is where the 2007 date came in.

I'd bet we'd see hazmat people in there already..couldnt hide that, and they'd come in before any investigators could finish up, in order to secure the house to protect investigators from chemicals, etc. I do think drugs will play a part in all of this even if it is just all of the key players being hooked on them

And it's kinda hard to be using w/out possessing, and having w/in reach of children...

Is the $650 month $650 deposit considered cheap rent for his size of a trailer in FL?
Something has to be a draw.....
IMO

Such a bargain, to live on Pervert Island.

I don't remember which interview - but dad was talking about the "circle" (which is actually a hole bored into the frame) and how he put it up high enough so Haleigh couldn't reach it.

Being the paranoid sort that I am we always rekeyed the locks when we moved in. Just knowing how many complex workers have abused their key access privileges is enough for me. If I ever disappear hubby will know I didn't go willingly and no one smoothed talked me into a car. He frequently jokes that if a uniformed officer in a police cruiser wanted to take me in off the side of the road I would refuse wanting proof that he is really a cop. He is probably right though.

for some reason i thought i had heard him say something about installing the lock, but then saw the interview again and he only described how you had to push the door in to get it to latch. maybe he said he installed it elsewhere......

You have to be a paid subscriber, but since it stated the obit was only 21 words, I didn't think it was worth it!

No it worked this morning without being a paid subscriber. But it isn't now for some reason. Maybe I messed up the cut and past..

Filled the whole thing with sex offenders who couldn't be approved anywhere. He said he could rent the house for $1200 to one person or make $3k a month letting the probation officers come to him and fill it with offenders.

I personally think we see that the house accidently catches on fire if the neighbors don't get them out.
I have heard of many of these people. I call them perplords. (instead of landlords). They have reasons why other than money they would do this, imo.

i remember it too swag, but don't remember where originaly. but it has been mentioned time and again on just about every episode of NG , JVM, and GVS

Do you by chane know what his specific offense was?
Was it on a female child younger than 12 years old?
The only thing I have found out is he isn't a violent offender, so that's very little.

He was 19, the victim was over 12.
It was not under the statutory rape statute, being solely an age violation.
The statute he was convicted under said it involves the use of force, but not force that would cause injury. Sounds like a date rape situation/pinned down type of thing.

Thank you for any of your insider tidbits. I was thinking of you earlier today, in how fortunate we are to have you, and you to be close with connnections, even small ones. WS rocks.

So this guy just moved out of the area a little over a month ago? He lived in Haleigh's house and moved? Well more likely than not ron didn't re-key the locks, like a responsible thinking adult. Honestly, he may not have thought of it. If this man lived there this recently, he needs to be looked at hard. Followed, given the ninth degree, he is a prime suspect in my book along with Ron and Misty.

Geez, will this end, this is just horrible all the connections being found with criminals, sex offenders and the relations between. LE needs to be looking, for i believe these tips are more credible than a stranger abduction.

He moved in 2007. Haleigh's family moved in four months ago. Doesn't sound like they crossed paths.
