I don't think there was any court ordered paternity test. Based on this morning's testimony, he was the legal father because he signed the birth certificate and the child support services did not do a DNA test. He would've had to do that on his own and go to court to remove himself as the legal father and he never did that. So he never got a DNA test. (In any case as of today we know for a fact he was the father so that wouldn't have happened anyway; he was on the hook for that baby for another 16 years)
And you're spot on about him injecting the hair braider (not a word, I know) into the conversation so that he can distance himself from the situation by saying the baby probably wasn't even his!
Right...about him saying he was there on Wednesday for a short while...in case DNA was found and in case someone saw him he would probably say he was there Wednesday and the person is confused.
Everything he's doing is classic guilty killer. He's a stone cold killer. The fact that he was so composed in that interview threw me off for a bit because usually they talk a lot to explain things away and manipulate cops. But as you've just pointed out, in actuality he did do that!! He wasn't verbose but what he said was all unnecessary information from the perspective of someone who just found out his son and baby mama were killed.
thank you for the clarification your response is exactly what I mean and feel but worded much better!
does his "thinking" Javante is not his make it easier for him to kill? beyond despicable just sickening to think
BUT by him bringing that up he just added to his motive....IMO
