I'm pretty sure that Wendi's alleged statements to Lacasse are hearsay and not admissible. If Wendi was a defendant it would not be considered hearsay.

There are preschool records showing the kids were in preschool on the date and time LR says they saw the lady and kids on Trescott. Can't find link but it I believe it was covered in some pretrial depositions. I'm sure the defense attorneys will strenuously bring it up to attack LR credibility. But his testimony will be that SG essentially said to LR in the car 'there's the lady', not the LR knew that was her.

In my opinion WA is the mastermind and CA/DA were involved to help with her alibi, setup and payoff which was going to be reimbursed through DM's insurance policy. WA had to mention CA at headquarters because that cat was already out of the bag with her statement to JL. WA made a major error concerning her involvement when she handed over her cell phone within 3-4 hours after the hit. The State up until this point have appeared to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together. The State is just going to sit back relax and wait patiently until everybody starts flipping on each other.

From my understanding, 100k was paid out. After DM death, the parents paid 100k to WA, which is what he apparently owed her.
