You can not record a will with the County Clerk's office for public record anymore at the time you draw up the will (while you are still alive--no, not anymore). What happens is that if there has been a will previously drawn up---it is kept with an attorney, executor, safety deposit box, or a trusted party. So, when that person who had the will drawn dies, it goes into probate which is located within the Clerk's office. If there is no will, then it is known as "intestate".

Thanks...that was my point...sorry if it wasn't clear. I was trying to clarify that a will can be, and actually is required to be, filed with the Clerk's office. In this case it was, but a probate proceeding has not yet been filed.

With this or a similar flight schedule, who says that MS DID NOT TRY TO FRAME CWW? We are only looking at CWW as the perp. He may be involved, but perhaps differently than we think. We may also be looking at another additional player. For whatever it's worth, perhaps even JR was framed. I am not doubting he was at the house, I am just wondering what really happened at the house that night?

I also wonder when the height of their similar looks occurred. I notice in the mug-shot CWW no longer looks identical to MS. He now looks thinner, his beard is shaped differently and he is growing some hair at the back of his head. So now he seems to be trying to look different than MS. Why? I also noticed that in one of the recent news reports, the mugshot of CWW no longer revealed his bare chest, but he had a shirt on. Photoshop? IMO

The picture of CWW I posted with the height scale on the wall is from 2011. Not sure if you had that pic in mind?

Interesting that the reposts of the account seem to have stopped on the day the swat team surrounded the CWW trailer. Didn't we hear on NG this evening that on July 12, the trailer was raided (and CWW was detained for multiple days then released).
