I wanted to jump on here and let everyone know that I truley appreciate everyone's thoguhts and prayers. It has been a long 4 months since my grandmother was uncovered. There is nothing that I can report only that we will see this on the front page sooner then later. The south Daytona POlice have been stand up individuals and the absolute most caring and endearing people my family has come accross in a long time. I know it's their job but I can't even express how they have had such a positive impact on our healing. I will leave you all with a few posts. Nothing really to speak of but it was in the news so I will send it your way. Much love

Kimberly Dawn Smith, 45, who has been jailed in Orange County on an unrelated conviction, will be rearrested on 34 charges including fraudulent use of personal identification of a deceased person and criminal use of a credit card, South Daytona police said. A warrant was obtained Monday, and the arrest will happen after Smith finishes serving her sentence in Orange.

Thank goodness! Finally some movement in this case! If the son's wife is smart, she will tell everything she knows for a deal. I want to see these murderers nailed.

I was just thinking of Miss Goldie and Arthur today and wanted to check. GB their respective families.

More justice for Goldie and Arthur!!!

Police said that they are waiting on toxicology results to determine if Smith had a role in their deaths. They said they're also following Smith's money trail because they believe Smith tried to take financial advantage of the two.

Smith, her son, Samuel Smith, and his wife Chrystal Smith, were all charged this week with dozens of counts of fraud. Enos was charged on Friday, police said.

The woman who claimed to be the caregiver of two elderly people later found buried next to her home was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Monday for fraud. But the sentencing of Kimberly Dawn Smith did nothing to account for the mysterious deaths of Goldie Robinson and Arthur Sheldon.

The 46-year-old Smith, who has a history of theft conviction, pleaded guilty to several fraud-related charges at a sentencing hearing at the Justice Center related to the pair...

South Daytona Lt. Ron Wright said on Monday though that the homicide case remains open and is still "actively being investigated."

Monday, after Sam Smith was sentenced to three years' drug offender probation for the fraud case, a disappointed South Daytona police Chief Bill Hall said he's confident that the Smiths — mother and son — will eventually face stiffer charges.

“I'm very confident he's a player in the Goldie Robinson (Arthur Sheldon) incident,” Hall said. “We know he's involved...

Chrystal Smith, 27, was also sentenced in early August to three years' drug offender probation on similar charges, court records show.

For more than three years, Fred Roberts has waited for his mother's killer to be brought to justice. This week, South Daytona police said they may never be able to give Roberts, 61, the peace he wants.

Officers on Wednesday closed their investigation into the deaths of Volusia County retirees Goldie Robinson and Arthur Sheldon, whose bodies were found in 2010 in the yard of Robinson's neighbor at Daytona Twin Oaks mobile-home park.

"We're at a standstill," police Capt. Doug Quartier said.
