I just realized the case # was different. I'm not sure when it changed because my previous update on HT (post #140) had the 000888 #, not the 008168 #. Both cases listings (docket, hearings, charges) are all identical and both cases are listed as Open. Maybe I'm missing something, not sure what is going on.
Neither case has any future hearing dates and both state the hearing today was cancelled per court, not per JA email like other listings had. No idea if that has any relevance or not. The accompanying document is a list of hearings for many cases. No special note on the 2 lines for HT. Best guess is they're waiting on Shanna's hearing tomorrow before moving forward.

I see her arraignment has been cancelled - but I will go ahead & post this so I can shorten it up a bit.
Friday, November 3rd:
*Arraignment Hearing-Waiver of Appearance (@ 9am ET) – FL - Jared Galen Bridegan (33), father of 4 ambushed & killed (shot 4 times), his 2-year-old daughter was just feet away in the back seat, Jacksonville Beach, Feb. 16, 2022. – *Shanna Lee Gardner-Fernandez (36) indicted & arrested (8/17/23 by ATF agents in West Richland, Wash.) & first appearance (8/18/23 in Benton County WA) with 1st degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit a capital felony & child abuse. DA will seek the DP. Held without bail on Fugitive warrant (in Benton County, WA). Was extradited on 10/20/23 to Florida. Plead not guilty.
State attorney Christina Simak Stifler. Defense attorney Jose Angel Baez (replaces Hank Coxe).

10/5/23 Update: Gardner-Fernandez will remain in a Washington state jail for at least another two weeks. Until Gardner is extradited to Florida, the murder case against Fernandez is at a legal standstill. Washington State extradition papers had not been filed yet, so Judge will decide after reviewing all files on 10/19/23.
10/19/23 Update: After her public defender announced he would not contest the governor’s warrant, the judge asked Gardner if she had any questions & she said, “I do not, your honor, thank you." Gardner will be extradited in the next few weeks, according to David Chapman with the 4th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Florida. Prosecutors are not disclosing details about getting her back across the country for security reasons, but said they will send an update when she’s in Jacksonville & set for first appearance in Duval County.
10/20/23 Update: Gardner was set to have her first appearance in court Saturday at 1pm, but court officials said her appearance was waived. Her case has been passed for arraignment hearing on 11/3/23. Gardner was booked into the Duval County Jail late Friday, 10/20/23 night after being extradited from Washington State.
11/2/23 Update: Gardner hires Jose Baez who replaces Hank Coxe as her attorney. Baez filed a written not-guilty plea to her indictment & has requested a waiver of appearance at Friday’s arraignment & demand for discovery.
*Mario Enrique Fernandez Saldana (34) – Pretrial hearing on 10/26/23 was cancelled.

Well.... we have always known that the Big Bucks parents would eventually bring in the Big Guns attorney..... This is going to be a show, and I really hope Duval County has the guts to get who and what they need to make this happen.

Seems to me her only defense is that Mario took it upon himself to hire HT to make the hit on JB. Much like the Adelson defense is to place blame elsewhere.

Now I see the difference in the case IDs. Not sure why I did not notice that earlier. Both cases have the same hearing date and same docket info.
