Does this mean they might be trying to cut a deal with Mario? And that's why there's no updates on him?
 
Iirc, Shanna's family put out a statement last year after Mario was arrested saying Shanna and Mario had been separated for awhile. True? Who knows? I think it was the family PR machine trying to spin things in their/Shanna's favor. Imo.

@PayrollNerd - when you have time - could you see if Mario Saldana & Henry Tenon have new court dates yet? Saldana last hearing was 10/26 which was cancelled & also Tenon's hearing 11/2.
I have Gardner for tomorrow hearing 11/3.
