Gosh, he made a whole near the cupboards; and told his mother he was looking for 'devices.'

The night before the shooting at RS&H, he pointed the gun at his own mother as she made her way to the bathroom.

He couldn't sleep and had taken to lying in bed with his bedroom door open so he could watch the front door of the apartment.

feed back up but had to go to mobile feed link thru the wftv; wesh also has a live feed up. There is also another trial happenin on WAT that I'm not familiar with it's also in FL. I guess I missed os for that one...lol.

The state did not go easy on her as she was obviously wanting to help her son.

She had his 'hunting' guns taken away by law enforcement in 2007 because she thought he was suicidal--but she never thought he would harm anyone else.

Apparently, she called the police at 5:30 am to have that done--although she disputes the time, (and the urgency.)

She said when he returned to the apartment around 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm after the shooting, he said to her: "Ma, I was in another zone and then I remembered."

Basically, she is trying to make him look as insane as possible, imo.

15 minute recess.

Well, this witness is obviously an advocate for the defendant.

He lost me when he said that he didn't know if the defendant was in RS&H saying, "Don't shoot me!"

I saw the testimony of those terrified witnesses-still terrified after all this time.

Good point by LDB: The fact that the defendant went to RH&S because he was upset about his check; not about his 'brain hacking' problem.

Linda rocks so totally!

This doctor is a bit of a smart aleck, if you know what I mean. (That's really not the word I want to use.)

Recessing for lunch. The jury will return at 1:25 pm, for a 1:30 pm start time.

Hello WS Friends!

Darn, missed mother's testimony due to bone density scan appointment. Oh, well, back at 1:30 when trial resumes. Thanks Truth Prevails for good notes.

Coming in late, but I think this is Dr. Jacquelyn Orlander, psychologist, and specialist in neuropsychology.

(Hope your test went well, Chelly!)

All you missed was her long list of credentials.

He knew what he was doing. But he did not know it was wrong, according to doctor

And I mean it too; more so than The Barry White and Olivia Newton John Voices that Hemmy claimed He heard....

This Dr; give me a break; I don't believe in this profession at all. OMG I mean listen to herself, she'll say anything, and she is saying it as if she believes it as an excuse....this is such BS.

Sounds ridiculous to me too.

I like to see a trial of someone who is
really insane.

"When the defendant walked through the door, he thought Sharp Tooth was there with his group of followers."

Well, I think she had a hard time keeping a straight face when she said that.

In general I am not a fan of (paid) expert witnesses. I am usually dissed for stating this.
