Can someone confirm for sure whether WE has lawyered up, and if so, who is repping him? Thanks in advance. Praying they find little Lonzie today.

Wal-Mart drops off food and water to #FINDLONZIE command post. Kindness, pass it on. @FCN2go

This man was too shy to speak but says food/water are from @Walmart. #FINDLONZIE command post appreciates it.

Ok. Ebron is already caught. Everyone knows he did something with Lonzie, whether he was alive or already dead from an accident we don't know, just give it up. I know he's holding out for a plea deal or something but this is ridiculous.

IMO, he's not only holding out for a deal, but he's hoping decomp will make COD difficult ala Casey Anthony trial. Then he can claim "accident" and panic mode, yada, yada

This guy has no heart. I believe he's a sociopath and trying to tug at heartstrings is like banging your head against a wall.

This video of the interview with Ebron's father and mother is a bit longer than others I've seen. Now I know what y'all mean by the doorbell ringing at the end.

Thanks for that! Yes, there's additional info in this portion. So the "5%" was about drug transactions. Even though his dad didn't come out and say in the interview that he thought his son harmed Lonzie I get the feeling that the thought is in his head. I admire Ebron's parents for stepping up and being open about Ebron's poor choices and violent behavior. Unlike the Graham family in Ember's disappearance.

http://valdostatoday.com/2015/07/police-continue-search-for-missing-toddler/

After nearly half-an-hour, Ebron and his attorney returned. Prosecutor Richard Mantei requested $50,000 bond for each charge, as well as a number of accompanying conditions. Mantei said Ebron was playing “footsie with the facts” and had repeatedly lied to police, hindering the search for Lonzie.

Ebron’s attorney requested $10,000 bond per charge, noting that even if he bonded out, Baker County had revoked his bond on a previous, unrelated drug case and Ebron would remain in custody. One of the conditions of Ebron’s bond in Baker County was that he not contact his girlfriend, Lonzie’s mother Lonna Lauramore, 25, but the two were living together in Jacksonville.

Higbee called the state’s request for bond “more than reasonable” — and even less than he originally intended to grant — when approving the bond. In addition to the $100,000 total bond and no contact with Lonzie’s mother, another woman with a domestic violence injunction against him, the families of the two alleged victims or any children under age 18, Ebron must also wear a GPS device, cannot use drugs or possess guns.

Ebron did not appear to bond out by Saturday evening.

His tentative arraignment is set for Aug. 17.

The judge's name and the prosecutor's name are mentioned, but not WRE's.

This guy isn't going to say anything.
He will remain silent till Lonzie is found.

The response of the community with food and water is amazing. I wish it weren't necessary, obviously, but it's heartwarming to see.

The suspect, unfortunately, was never going to talk. It wasn't to his benefit and he's well aware of that.

Hopefully, this family will eventually heal -- extremely hard as that will be -- and be able to move forward.

For some reason, some post are blank for me so if this is a repeat, please accept my apologies.

For whatever reason, search crews have returned to the command post to search the wooded areas right behind it. #FINDLONZIE

@WJXTElizabeth: Dogs involved in search get overheated just like people do. This dog's handler was pouring water into his mouth. http://t.co/FgzNPSPUTV

I hope Lonzie will be found today, I really do. I so don't want him to join our growing list of missing babies not found, in suspected cases of foul play.

The weather is getting ready to be really bad. The sky is black and it just fits the mood out here. Helping give out water, food, prayers and hope (in whatever form that looks like) is what the community is trying to do. I had several meetings this morning so I just got out here. Seems to be a real concentrated search going on in one particular area behind the Avenues mall. Just don't know, though. Every time, we think that, there appears to be another area. I know they seem to be very confident that they will find him in the water....this is heartbreaking!
