IDK about plausible deniability plausible deniability
sort of like if the owner of a massage parlour claims he doesnt know if there is any more going on behind those doors. (Its like ya know...;))

what about Mores: scroll down and it will give you a definition 1.3. Social Norms: Folkways, Mores, Taboo, and Laws – SOU-CCJ230 Introduction to the American Criminal Justice System
Like we just know by social "mores" that we dont usually wear hot pink to a funeral and we dont let our daughters sleep with our ex boyfriends who are in town for a visit. if nothing else, just boundaries alone, why try to foster that connection ?
None of it makes sense, they broke up cause he was messy, ( allegedly according to jenn) then he went back home because he was offered a job, but it fell through, dad tells a different version of why it didnt work out, and why he came back home. Now in the back of that police car jenn says they are trying to get him back there ( hence reapply for Disney) it's not like much has changed since he left. still messy , still unemployed. She also said ( same police car chatter) when he went back home they talked every day and all day sometimes on FaceTime? Talk about mixed messages. when I hear about the face time, makes me wonder if it was to make sure maddi never let the cat out of the bag. SS always present, on a screen , even if not talking.
OMG, forgot about that tidbit in the vehicle audio....and....asked if Madeline's relationship with SS changed, being a teenager now....JS's answer: 'no, if anything they are closer since he moved away.'

noticed in the doc release page 73

Hey folks,

A decision got reconsidered and a post was removed.

As per TOS, do NOT discuss removed posts. They are removed for a reason and are not up for discussion.

Please stop enquiring in that regard.

Thank you.

Court TV is currently playing highlights from SS police interviews and his details about everybody but himself are so telling.

For example, MS is would "forget her head if not screwed on her body" (excuse for MS not having her phone). When asked if MS was taking Rx for this "severe ADHD," SS blames her grandparents-- MS was staying with them earlier and "they are not good" at helping MS manage her Rx...

And on and on...

I'm recalling how SS also had his parents 2 steps from their graves (i.e., aged, ill, and infirmed).

And making their "end-of-life plans" or something to that effect!
Still can't get over that. Especially now that we've seen and heard plenty from his dad, who is nowhere near infirm. No one would even call him elderly, imo.

I don't think I remember this article being shared before.... Orlando Sentinel asked Kissimmee PD about the unnamed LE sources saying that there were no plans to charge JS: Kissimmee police: No plans to charge anyone else in killing of Madeline Soto
Kissimmee police say they’ve completed their investigation into the killing of 13-year-old Madeline Soto and, at least for now, don’t plan to charge anyone else besides Stephan Sterns, who’s accused of murder and years of sexual abuse.

Police Department spokeswoman Alibeth Suarez told the Orlando Sentinel on Tuesday: “We don’t have charges for anyone else in this case at this time.” Suarez was responding to a WFTV report citing anonymous sources claiming police don’t intend to make further arrests.
The statement appears to clarify that Madeline’s mother, Jennifer Soto, is not now suspected of criminal wrongdoing. An Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office spokesman did not say if the office intends to pursue additional charges.

“The current evidence and information support the indictment of Sterns for first-degree murder,” Jason Gunn said by email.
I sure wish we had the actual emails and full statements here (again). I'd really like to know if Kissimmee PD used the word "completed" to refer to their investigation.

If Kissimmee PD said "we've completed our investigation into the killing of 13-year-old Madeline Soto and, at least for now, don't plan to charge anyone else besides Stephan Sterns," I would take that to mean that they do not believe JS or anyone other than SS to be criminally involved in MS's death, but don't want to speak in absolutes if some extraordinary evidence makes itself known. This would also leave open the possibility that they may be investigating further into the abuse, and the abuse may lead to further arrests. But without their actual wording, who knows.

But I suppose it's good to have something on the record, directly from law enforcement.

Also, this article weirdly does not state who Jason Gunn is, but there is a Jason Gunn who is the Public Information Officer for State Attorney of the Ninth Circuit of Florida, so it's surely him.

I view the words "at least for now" to mean JS is still off the hook. Well, "for now" she is. ;)

I believe you are right about JG being the spokesperson for the State Attorney's office. I found a different article that identified him, his title, and where he works:

A spokesperson for State Attorney Andrew Bain told The Independent that he was “deeply disturbed” by the photos, which he said were in “poor taste”.

“We have requested the Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigate this matter. However, we would be unable to comment on any active investigation,” spokesperson Jason Gunn said.

JS: in the audio interview in the car: about SS parents: "they are old, his mom is SUPER OLD"

IMO, JS, who is 36, will change her tune about what her definition of "SUPER OLD" is when she reaches SS's parents age. Not only is that JMO, but I'll place a large bet on that and I don't make bets unless I'm sure I'll win. ;)

This comment brought it home to me that poor Madeline will never be any older than 13. SS ruined her childhood and then stole her teen years and all her adult life from her.

super old... As if. lol They have a 36 yr old son, they can't be that old. The way jenn described DS didnt seem accurate to me. Super old, heavy, mental health stuff, No way, she seemed pretty spry to me, and not that they needed any help. Felt more like she was rationalizing why her grown adult boyfriend was living with his mommy and daddy still. Saving face.
