I think they're just saying that in the report because they (the reporters) can't say for sure there will be any. I'm sure the Grand Jury will get it right. I wonder what kind of options they'll have?

Why do they even have to do this -cops drove up on him on top of a dead body with some face in his mouth. This is the same kinda nonsense IMO that has not caught up with tech -if we have you on tape murdering someone you can plead not guilty - we will llwhip up a trial, show the video and poof your in jail see how easy that was

Yeah, don't. We wish it could go down like that?! Trial will probably drag out for at least three weeks while the defence tries to drum up sympathy for the guilty!

Items purchased include a battery-operated radio with ear buds, personal hygiene items, a crossword puzzles book and snacks. Harrouff purchased chips, Doritos, Cheez-Its, popcorn, nacho dip, Ruffles cheddar, iced tea and fruit punch.

When he's moved around inside the jail, Harrouff is escorted by two guards and handcuffed at all times, records show. If he's taken outside his housing unit, he's placed in leg restraints and a belly chain.

Well, he seems to be enjoying chips and dip and iced tea in jail, I'm guessing from a GI standpoint he's ok.

I think his stay in a hospital may have been slightly prolonged...with jail and murder charges hanging over his head.

I dunno know starting to think that there will be no results. I don't know anything about this stuff but it might seem like "testing for designer drugs" department (or whatever) would have a specific skill set.

I don't know - are there that many in line?? What I don't get is we have learned that cause they keep changing them , its very hard to detect - so if they cannot determine it why not just release it.

Does the family with resources have the ability to stall the release of results. ?

Legally, I do not think it would change precedings - he killed two people.

Because of gruesomeness of that night we all know he will murder one - so that is a given.

I don't think cause the savagery of the attack any mitigating events would change outcome.

I suppose if they RULE OUT flakka ( which honestly sounds like they cant do) so now that remains a mystery forever.

He was obviously medicated ,upon discharge, and is now stable as he can be.

I still would love to see hi college transcript- to determine first if he was even there- that has bugged me from week one - how in the hell does no one know where he was living. All they have said is where he was not residing (Frat/dorm).

So.................................if we are talking about apt with roommates, then I ponder if they saw a lot of "leading up" stuff-- did he get evicted?? That would be helpful - resident seen talking to the front gate 6 weeks earlier - you know what I am saying.

But we are back to dumb media, how on earth in the first 48 hours where he was actually residing remain a mystery for the last semester just seems really coo coo to me and has for a long time.

I kinda think he was so losing it over time, that people withdrew from him (but that would be an angle to the story) so why have we not heard from anyone? Professor who noticed changes? Grade slip?

I have always thought, since we know he was walking toward his father's house, that AH's intent was to do what he did - but to his father. Perhaps in his delusional state, he thought (the victim) was his father. I have no doubt AH detested, resented, etc., his D. Pent up rage. And the incident at the restaurant was the straw that broke the camel's back. Especially when his D said (paraphrase) 'what's wrong with you'? This might (crazily) explain why he was 'eating' the victims face (did AH think the victim was his D?) It aligns with all those pictures of his teeth that he had posted on social sites. Just a thought. IMO only, of course.

And yes, an extreme psychotic break, but a multitude of combined mental illnesses becoming more and more apparent; dominating his thinking with greater intensity with each passing day. And we know AH was at the age when severe mental illness is known to kick in - full blown. I imagine 'some' of the resentment toward his D was because of his continued denial about AH's radically changing behavior, talk, thoughts, actions, social interaction, academic success? His D obviously did not WANT to acknowledge or address that AH was on a slippery downward slope. And no one. no one. did anything about it -- and then it was too late. For those of you who have had the fortunate blessing in life NOT to have a mental illness, or have a loved one with a mental illness - here's the fact: "when a mentally ill person is in crisis, the last thing they are capable of doing is seeking out help for themselves'. This was a father who didn't want a son with mental illness, with issues, with 'anything' that wasn't part of the 'perfect picture' .A parent who can't accept or won't accept the reality that everything just ain't so perfect here. (I dunno much about the M or S-M.

I live in the area, and there has been NOTHING in the media at all, about the case. It has been two months since the horrendous crime, and it is hard to believe a tox screen would take that long.

I agree with Gutinstinct, that AH, in his mind, was killing his father that fateful evening, not an unknown neighbor.

It is so important that they release these tox reports! If there IS a drug out there on the streets people need to know. Parents need to warn their kids too. Good grief I hope there's not a repeat.
