It's been stated repeatedly that Michelle & her kids lived with her mother up until the time she disappeared, however it was also reported that Michelle had just moved into her own place/apartment that she was excited about. Which is it? If she was staying with her mother still, then had her mother established a bigger home with more than 2 bedrooms?

Do you have a link for Michelle moving into her own apt? I have not read this anywhere. It gets very confusing when we're throwing out new stuff without links.

I went back and re-watched all of the video on Mark Nejame's interviews. In the Today show interview that he gave he states that DS II arrived at his father's house "at" 4:30pm. He also states "by" 4:30 pm. My feeling is that DS II likely arrived at his parents house slightly before 4:30pm. I am thinking it was likely at some point between 4:25pm and 4:30pm.

I also watched the video of the interview with MN after the child support hearing (from our media links). He is very confident about the case that he has in front of him. I know that he is a defense attorney and that he is doing his job by defending his client, but I got the feeling from watching and listening to him that he is not in the least bit concerned about his client being arrested, or he wasn't at that point in time. Just my opinion, though.

Not telling someone where you are doesn't means you are meeting a mysterious stranger behind your boyfriend's back. She could have been out buying him a gift because they planned on dinner that night or the next night, and I thought her mom was going to be there and meet him. As far as lying to family. I can't speak for her, but I have family and brothers and we all told white lies one time or another. I didn't mean any disrespect to her or her then bf or family, just trying to see what could have happened to her like everyone on this thread.

I couldn't find any media articles that placed DS II at home, other than the assumption that he was there when Michelle arrived at 3:18pm.

As for following missing persons cases...If DS II was following them and this was the way he planned Michelle's murder, he is dumber than a rock. Anyone that watches the news or reads it, is well aware that the first suspect is the boyfriend or the ex. There was no effort made during the commission of the crime to cast suspicion on NM, nor was there any attempt made to distance himself from the crime scene. Instead, he plans to do it at his condo?

No matter how I twist things around, I just can't see this as premeditated. If DS II is guilty, then I see it as a rage killing that was subsequently covered up. Killers can be lucky, too. And, if he did this, he was very very lucky with the cover up.

I have been saying all along that PARTS of the crime COULD have been pre-planned (such as hiding spots and how he'd establish an alibi). The day Dale did this to Michelle I am still on the fence whether he planned THAT day OR it was an argument that got out of control. I do believe if he hit her and she threatened to call LE, he would have went into the plan in the back of his mind... The fact that Jr and SR were scouring missing persons cases IMO shows at least SOME pre-planning. I think murder one will be on the table when this goes to trial...JMO

Speculating for just a sec...

Ifff Michelle is still alive & left on her own accord, she would have left behind all 3 of her children, a new puppy, her family, her friends. She would have left behind 5 verified incomes: 2 incoming child support payments, 1 income + tips from The Barn, 1 income + tips from her Mother's beauty salon, and 1 income from her own business "GLOW". How would she survive? She'd need money. Did she have several thousand that she could fall back on? I'm thinking no bc if she did then why would she have still been living with her mother?

Creditors... Was she in debt? Was she making payments on her H3? Or was it paid off? Skip Trace can find a specific roach in the middle of a Brazilian jungle...just sayin'...

Maybe it was the mailman or the UPS guy or a deranged psycho who had a fixation on Michelle or maybe the one armed burglar took Michelle? JMO, We can keep inventing people and thinking up conspiracy theories but IMO it brings us no closer to finding Michelle. If it were any of those people, what COULD we do about it at this point? There's no evidence that any of these people exist.

But there is one person who does exist. He was the last person to see her, he lied to LE about her arrival and departure times, refused to take a lie detector test, threatened to kill Michelle, had harmed and stranded her in the past, and all the phone pings we know of are between his condo and his dad's home at Rose Blvd, the place Dale established his so called "alibi". If we truly want to find Michelle he should be the MAIN focus MOO. I believe we have the WHO, now we need the WHERE and HOW...

A cop has a multi faceted job when investigating missing person's cases. Hopefully their eyes are all over the place. Concentrating on & putting suspicion on Jennifer Kesse's boyfriend didn't help to find her at all. In fact, when they enlisted a Smart Team to reevaluate her disappearance, they recognized their mistakes. That was one of them.

A good cop is well rounded in his/her thoughts & investigations.

A cop has a multi faceted job when investigating missing person's cases. Hopefully their eyes are all over the place. Concentrating on & putting suspicion on Jennifer Kesse's boyfriend didn't help to find her at all. In fact, when they enlisted a Smart Team to reevaluate her disappearance, they recognized their mistakes. That was one of them.

A good cop is well rounded in his/her thoughts & investigations.

I only hope & pray that 5 years from now the OPD isn't saying they shoulda woulda coulda.

There are some similar things to Jennifer Kesse and Michelle's case. One was where the hummer was found, two the items being left in the vehicle's and three both were in relatively new relationships. In Jennifer's case some things came to light that were "in plain sight, but no one ever looked at them or him" I know Dale is the most obvious person but if you don't look at other possibilities you are not doing justice to Michelle. In JK case there was a person who wanted to date her but she had a bf. He dad spoke of it but I don't have a link. This was something that I believe was a new direction for them. I am trying to be careful because I don't know if we can say where a lot of this was printed.
