Additonally, NM said he was in contact with Michelle on and off throughout the day until 3:15pm when he received a final text from her.

Parker's current boyfriend, Nathan Mitchell, said he talked to and texted Parker several times Thursday, the last time being at 3:15 p.m., reports WKMG.
Mitchell said when he texted her again later he got no response, reports WKMG.

NM also said he and Michelle had planned to go out to dinner before her shift at The Barn, where she worked as a bartender.

He told WFTV he and Parker were planning to go out to dinner before she went to work last Thursday. But after a text from her that afternoon, Mitchell said did not hear from his girlfriend again.

"I tried to text her a few times and Lauren (Parker's sister) called me up, asked if I had seen her. Then, a half an hour later all hell broke loose," said Mitchell.

[Please note: Lauren Erickson also states in this interview that the time on the surveillance video was wrong, and that Michelle wouldn't have had time to get to Dale's condo from the salon in Oviedo by 3:18pm. 3:28pm: (10 minutes after Michelle's Hummer is seen on video arriving at Dale's condo) Lauren Erickson stated that, according to Dale Smith Jr., Michelle told him she was going shopping and left his condo 10 minutes after she arrived to drop off the twins (which would be aprox. 3:28pm since she arrived at 3:18pm). Because of the angle of the surveillance camera, and because there is a loop-around to exit the condo complex, the Hummer's departure is not captured on the neighbor's surveillance video.

And the way that that neighborhood works is, a lot of people have asked why don`t they have video of the vehicle leaving if it came in. Well, it`s a loop around. So when you drive in, you would drive up to the house and then it just loops back around to leave out of the gate. 3:30pm: Some early media reports stated 3:30pm as the time that Michelle's 11-year-old son got off the bus from school and notified Michelle's family that his mother was not home. This would later be contradicted by Michelle's sister, Lauren Erickson, who put the tme at 6:50pm.

Parker also has an 11-year-old son from a previous relationship. Police say her son came home from school at around 3:30 p.m. Thursday and his mother wasn't home, so he contacted his grandmother, who alerted police.

3:45pm: According to Lauren Erickson, this is the time Michelle's oldest son generally got off the bus from school. Per Erickson, his routine was to call Michelle from his cell phone when he got off of the school bus. Erickson stated that Michelle was usually home to meet him, but in the event that she wasn't, she would either let him know she'd be home soon, or make arrangements for him to stay with a nearby relative.

"Normally he gets off the bus. He has a cell phone that he was given for Christmas one year. And he always -- you know he calls when he`s off the bus. If for any reason Michelle is not there, which she normally -- she usually is he calls her and says, hey, you know, I got off the bus, I`m walking to the house, and one of my aunts live right down the road and either she`ll come over to make sure that he`s got somebody with him. 4:26pm: Michelle's brother, Dustin sends a group text to Michelle, her mother Yvonne Stewart and sister Lauren Erickson, stating he needs a ride and asking where each of them are.

4:26pm: Dustin receives a text message from Michelle's iPhone saying, simply, "Waterford". This is the last known transmission from her phone. Per Michelle's mother, Yvonne Stewart, police later determined that Michelle's phone was never in the Waterford area. Additionally, according to Michelle's family members, the one-word text was distinctly uncharacteristic of Michelle's texting style.

Initially, the family had hope because her brother received a text from Ms Parker Thursday afternoon saying that she was in the Waterford Lakes area of Orlando. But when investigators tracked her cell phone, they found she was never near there.

'They searched the towers, that was a decoy,' Ms Stewart confirmed over the weekend.

4:30pm: According to Dale Smith Jr.'s attorney, Mark NeJame, there is a witness who can place Dale Jr. at his parents' house on Rose Blvd. at 4:30pm. The identity of this witness is not known, and cannot be verified as independent of Dale Smith, Jr.'s family.

10:30pm: A woman walking her dog in the Walden Circle apartment complex notices Michelle's Hummer parked in the parking lot. The "GLOW" decals had been removed. At the time, the woman was not aware that the vehicle was associated with a missing person, so she did not report it to police.

12:30pm? [MSM LINK NEEDED FOR TIME]: Michelle's Hummer is found by police in an apartment complex in the 4700 block of Walden Circle in west Orlando. The decals for her business, GLOW Mobile Airbrush Tanning, had been removed. A witness stated she saw the Hummer (also with no decals) parked in the same spot at 10:30pm the previous night while she was out walking her dog. Police said "little to no evidence" was found in the vehicle, and a bloodhound did not detect a scent to follow.

Nov. 18: Parker's Hummer H3 was found in a parking lot of the Walden Palms Apartments. The unique decals for her mobile tanning business, Glow, had been removed.

THANK YOU for finding this.. I knew I remembered reading that her 11 yr old had a cell. It makes it even stranger for me to think she never communicated with him after she arrived at Dale's condo.

Dale was known to have a hair trigger temper. He may have lost his volatile temper and may have gone too far to walk it back. So he had to wing it from there.

And how did he do 'what' in less than 45 minutes? He had plenty of time to carry out this process. All he had to do was immobilize her and place her in the Hummer, hidden away in his garage. Or maybe even hide her under his truck bed cover, foir the ride to his parents home. He drops of the twins and then goes on his way to dispose of her and clean up all of the forensics.

There's been some speculation on here recently as to why Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch backed out after agreeing to search for Michelle at Dale's attorney's request. Not sure how I missed this before now, but I just found the link to this video in NobodyNoz' question list. Here's Geraldo Rivera reading a direct quote from Miller:

"I spoke to Tim Miller, of Equusearch, who was with great fanfare brought into this case by Mark NeJame, the attorney for Dale Smith, Jr. Tim told me, in an attitude and voice that was loaded with disgust, he said, quote, "We're out of this case. The defense attorney Mark Nejame put me in an awkward position asking that I search when his client is the prime suspect. It's a media circus and I don't want to be one of the clowns. 1) In his condo/garage 2) With the kids being in the immediate area asleep.

... as he was considering getting rid of her, if things worked out correctly. So he is able to suggest she pull the Hummer into the garage, so they can take the sleeping kids out without waking them. They each take one child up to their room, and tuck them in safely. He closes their door, and they are out of his way for the rest of the time.

He follows Michelle back out to the garage, making small talk, but being a silent predator. His marine training kicks in when necessary. As she turns to climb into her Hummer, he wraps a rope around her neck and begins to choke her out, knocking her unconscious. Then he duct tapes her, gags her, or handcuffs her, hog ties her, whatever is his preference, and throws her in the back seat of her Hummer. He takes her cell phone from the car, because he needs to keep track of her family's communication, so he knows how long until the alarm bells go out.

He runs upstairs, puts the sleeping kids in his truck, and heads out to his folks. On the way there, he hears the text coming in, with the brother saying ' where are you/?. Dale does not want them to start worrying yet, so he says 'Waterford' just so he can buy himself some time.

He drives to his folks, smiles and waves at the neighbor, to help establish his alibi, and takes the kids inside to grandma. Now he tells Dale Sr that he messed up, and needs help. There are any number of ways they carried out the next tasks. But it is very doable. Many scenarios have been set forth, and I am not sure which one he followed. But it is easy to wait until after dark, and drive her Hummer to the dump site. They could have transferred her to his work truck, and alive, she would not leave any residue behind. Especially if they transferred her to a large container first.

Not having bought premeditation the rest here is all but impossible IMO, especially since he requires the complicity of Sr. a person not even named as a suspect.

Yup, in his condo while the kids were asleep. It has happened in that same way in many cases. Toddlers are rarely useful as witnesses, luckily for Josh Powell.

And yes, with all of the many opportunities, he for some unknown reason, chose that particular time to dispose of her. Who knows why?

Maybe he did not plan to do it then, but he lost his temper, perhaps because of something he saw on the edited version of the Court show. He would have seen it for the first time moments before she arrived. Maybe that triggered his temper so much that he decided to go for it.

As for your long list of reasons he would never try it, none of them seem that daunting. imo Let me go through them:

True, a big disadvantage. But it may not have been his original choice. He may have lost his temper, and then been forced to follow through. But then again, he might have chosen this time and opportunity, because he knew where and when she would be present, and he could have privacy and control in his own home. Plus, he had to have it happen when she was all alone. What other time could he be assured she was alone, other than when she first drops off the kids?

WHAT forensic evidence? She has been there plenty of times before and she used to live there, so as long as he did not harm her in a messy way,there is nothing big to clean up. If he put a garrote around her neck and tied her up, what forensics would be left? Nothing.

Again, what forensics? If he did not kill her there, then there would be no crime scene to clean up. If she was just tied up and put in a large canister, or cabinet, then no muss, no fuss.

What logistical nightmare? There are so many simple ways the car may have been abandoned. Dozens of simple scenarios.

It would take 5 or 10 minutes for the ex-marine to restrain and incapacitate a woman of her size. Choke her out, put her in a large container, throw her in the back of the work truck, DONE.

Even if the kids did wake up, which is highly doubtful, he could have been in the garage and locked the door, so he knew they could not come and see anything until he was ready.

Someone stops by? So what. Don't answer the door, or do answer it and say your kids are asleep, or say come back in a few, I am putting them in bed now. Anything. The more I think about it, the better idea I think it was, to do this crime at that opportunity.He can say, " why would I choose this time, when I was the last to see her and my kids were here?' When in reality, the kids are a perfect alibi for him.

Dale Sr has not been named a suspect, but he has been treated as such. He has been polygraphed, and his home was raided, even using SWAT. And he was arrested for drug distribution. He is a very shady character, imo. I would be surprised if he wasn't complicit.

In those earlier morning hours Nate stated he had to go into work late that day so he and Michelle had coffee together and they talked about their day.

10:20am is the last text shown between sisters. It was sent from Michelle to Lauren and it stated:

"Ok, going <insert "shoe" icons> shopping with mom. I'll come by n grab it & do it"

**note we have no way for certain to know what she was referencing In this last msg.. It was not sent in reply to a text from Lauren and was sent a little over 40mins after Michelle's last text which was the 5 hearts..**

The 3:18pm timestamp has been verified as correct(only "off" 2seconds) by the very man whose surveillance cam caught the Hummer footage.
**also note that 3:18pm marks the BEGINNING of the 72min window of op later given by Dale JR's ATTY, NeJame**

Lauren claims that in Dale's initial convo with the family on 11/17 when they asked him when he'd last seen Michelle that he answered that she'd arrived at 4:00pm, stayed and talked for 10mins, and upon her leaving she told Dale she was headed "shopping".
**please note that I am making clear that this time and info is not told to the public by Dale Jr, himself, but rather it is Michelle's sister, Lauren publicly stating these are the events/times of 11/17 as the family was told by Dale Jr in their first contacting him on the night of 11/17**

*note that according to MSM not only was the location of the phone not in Waterford when the 4:26pm text was sent, but it's reported that the phones records show the phone to not have been in Waterford at any time that day/night of 11/17**

It is still up for debate exactly what is seen in this particular screen cap, but for certain we know the white van is present.. Alongside the white van and slightly further there is a dark colored SUV headed in the opposite direction of where Michelle's Hummer is seen headed at 3:18pm(ie. Away from Jr's condo).. We have no confirmation on whose vehicle it is, or even what type SUV that it is for certain.. For now there are varying differences in opinion and whether or not it is even related or relevant to Michelle's disappearance.

She shared her growing concerns of Michelle being missing but for reasons unbeknownst to us Yvonne was unable to speak with Dale Jr at that time. His mom assured Yvonne that she would have Dale Jr contact her.

8:00pm-ish Its been reported that after the family had contacted authorities to report Michelle missing that the family requested LE to go to Dale Jr's(*assume that's due to the last place they knew Michelle was headed to take the twins*).. Reportedly it was at/around 8pm LE did a "drive-by" of Dale Jr's condo and there was no sign of Michelle or her Hummer.

8:01pm This is the time that Michelle's phone was powered down for the last time in the Oakridge area.
**due to this being the last known area of Michelle's phone the family set up the original search central at Jesse Black's parking lot**

Specific time unknown Dale Jr returns the phonecall to Yvonne. The family asks him when was the last time that he saw Michelle. His response was that Michelle/twins arrived at his condo at 4:00pm, Michelle stayed and they talked for 10mins, upon Michelle leaving his condo she told him that she was headed to go "shopping". That was the last time that he had seen Michelle.
According to the family Dale had no reaction when told that Michelle was MISSING!

9:53pm yet another text message is sent from sister, Lauren's cell phone to Michelle(**I'm certain there were likely numerous texts/calls but these are the ones we have documented proof of**)

11:08pm This was the time that Dale Jr took to his facebook to speak out about Michelle MISSING and that he and his home were already being looked into by LE(as is SOP). Below is his IMO troubling post(he refuses to call her by name, but rather de-personalizes her by speaking of her as "his kid's mother")

"Oh man, oh man, (expletive)! Michelle, the mother of my kids is missing, her mother called me said she never showed up to work after dropping the kids off with me. The police just came by and searched my whole house, this isn't good. My kids need their mother,"

12:00am-ish LE officer during routine patrol of the apt complex spots and calls in for verification what was found to be Michelle's Missing Black Hummer. It's location verified to have been the exact same as when the female at 10:30pm had spotted the black Hummer.

(it can be seen on the surveillance footage of Michelle's Hummer arriving at Dale's condo that at that time[3:18pm] the GLOW decals were still on her vehicle)

I mentioned in the last thread that IMO it's not about the anount of child support but WHO he was paying it to. He didn't want to pay Michelle AND let her have custody JMO...He had to be brought to court and needed to have his wages garnished in order to pay...that speaks volumes on how horrible of a father he is IMO. I disagree 100%. Just because someone believes Dale is guilty doesn't mean it defies logic. In fact I am of the opinion that this was premeditated...he needed to control as many elements as he could in order to not get caught! It has worked thus far...

1. Why do this on the day of the PC hearing if planned? He knew LE would suspect him but he planned to have the perfect alibi. Would have worked had it not been for the neighbor's camera!

2. At his condo all he has to do was take 10 mins. Put a movie on for the kids and ask Michelle to step into the garage for a "second"... She could have even been asked to pull the hummer into the garage. He needs 10 mins tops to incapacitate Michelle and hide the vehicle in his garage.

3. Cell is powered down at about the same time as LE is being notified that Michelle is missing. Coincidence? I think not. I will not comment on the phone not being destroyed but all I can say is it was found within 48 hours of Dale's parents being subpoenaed. Hmm another coincidence?

Just because there is no DNA or evidence in hummer or his condo... We know of no dogs used to detect Michelle. It is naive to think Dale only had 45 minutes. He went missing for over 3 hours (430-800ish). Plenty of time to clean up the mess he made earlier...Just like OJ didn't have time to kill Nicole...I don't buy it for 1 second.

With an accomplice or even Dale arriving 10-15 minutes later than reported at his parents the ping on Hoffner and dale arriving at Rose are possible! Nothing stated thus far eliminates Dale. In fact the more I dive in the more signs i see pointing toward his guilt. JMO

Jazzmaster, these are character issues and evidence not on public records. Again I'd be interested in your opinion of the Bern post below.

I disagree I believe his past public record will be brought into court solidifying why he is the killer jmo. When he goes to trial it will all be tied together very neat and pretty. This one isn't a tricky mystery like so many other cases. IMO we are lucky enough to know who did it now we just need to find Michelle and get a guilty verdict for Dale and any others responsible!

I disagree 100%. Just because someone believes Dale is guilty doesn't mean it defies logic. In fact I am of the opinion that this was premeditated...he needed to control as many elements as he could in order to not get caught! It has worked thus far...

1. Why do this on the day of the PC hearing if planned? He knew LE would suspect him but he planned to have the perfect alibi. Would have worked had it not been for the neighbor's camera!

2. At his condo all he has to do was take 10 mins. Put a movie on for the kids and ask Michelle to step into the garage for a "second"... She could have even been asked to pull the hummer into the garage. He needs 10 mins tops to incapacitate Michelle and hide the vehicle in his garage.

3. Cell is powered down at about the same time as LE is being notified that Michelle is missing. Coincidence? I think not. I will not comment on the phone not being destroyed but all I can say is it was found within 48 hours of Dale's parents being subpoenaed. Hmm another coincidence?

Just because there is no DNA or evidence in hummer or his condo... We know of no dogs used to detect Michelle. It is naive to think Dale only had 45 minutes. He went missing for over 3 hours (430-800ish). Plenty of time to clean up the mess he made earlier...Just like OJ didn't have time to kill Nicole...I don't buy it for 1 second.

With an accomplice or even Dale arriving 10-15 minutes later than reported at his parents the ping on Hoffner and dale arriving at Rose are possible! Nothing stated thus far eliminates Dale. In fact the more I dive in the more signs i see pointing toward his guilt. JMO

The only problem with this scenario and all the others I have seen is you have to get a jury to agree and IMO it will be next to impossible based on what I have heard so far.

You would have to ask Tim Miller. Sounds to me like he didn't buy Dale's story. JMO.

Tim left as quick as he could once learning the details of the case. I doubt he bought Dale's story at all and IMO that is why he left. He didn't want to get burned again like CA.

... WHAT forensic evidence? She has been there plenty of times before and she used to live there, so as long as he did not harm her in a messy way,there is nothing big to clean up. If he put a garrote around her neck and tied her up, what forensics would be left? Nothing.

I'm not even going to attempt to enumerate the amount of forensic evidence that may very well exist when somebody overpowers then kills someone and subsequently disposes of that victim's body, I never thought this would be debatable, I was wrong clearly. I am not going to go into it any deeper other then to say that the police wasn't looking for Micky Mouse when they searched vehicles and places connected to DS and that of this I am pretty confident.

As for the rest of your reply I think it is evidence of how poorly I must have made my original argument, so let me try again, this time simply and to the point.

If the question was phrased like this:

Is it reasonable that of all the places in the world DS could have harmed MP he would have chosen the time MP dropped off the kids at his condo?

Then the answer IMO is clearly NO.

If you then discount "premeditation" then it becomes all but impossible IMO that MP was abducted or killed at the condo. IMO

However if the same question above starts with "is it possible ..." and one is not constrained by having to produce any evidence, not even hearsay or second-hand accounts to support the theory, then the answer is clearly IMO YES.

From there you can extrapolate all kinds of theories including an Alien abduction, no pun intended.

If some on here think that Dale needed help to pull this off then it's going to have to be provable. You just can't go in there half convinced saying we think Dale had help and then when asked by who just say well maybe his Dad or a close friend. Who drove the Hummer? Well we don't know, but one of then did. In fact I don't think that it would even get that far. The defense would never let the prosecution suggest any of this unless they are able to show some kind of evidence.
