Very disturbed about poor performance of prosecution to allow Defense to ask Shihadeh all leading questions.....poor lawyering. And why not have Michael Dippolitto testify so he can tell of her trying to get his probation revoked by planting drugs on him?? I live in Palm Beach county and am disappointed in the quality of these attorneys who represent me..am going to try to call D.A. Office tomorrow and give my opinion..not that they will care...

RSBM and BBM I noticed her texting during jury selection, but really, she's texting during her trial??? I wonder why her attorney hasn't put a stop to that. Seems disrespectful.
 
I'm surprised Mike D. isn't testifying this go-round. I thought he made a great witness last time, I was looking forward to watching him again.

I watch her arms...you can sometimes see a slight movement indicating movement of fingers....and her head is down...if she was reading a paper it would be on the desk for normal people....thinking maybe she is texting the girls behind her? She did get up at the end and was whispering to them....anything is possible.

Why was she crying when Mohammed was on the stand? And did she marry him?
