I have not found any current links to websites that have all the tapes that
were supposed to have been made public but then I have not made a thorough search
as some are capable of doing.

Wow, I can't believe I never seen these. Thanks for posting. All I've ever heard was small excerpts on the nightly news.

She was a beautiful, beautiful little girl - I don't think its farfetched to think someone desperate saw her & wanted her for their own. The mom is a bit of a ditz, but that fact alone makes me think she would have slipped up somewhere if she or her husband had anything to do with it. She's no criminal mastermind. The fact that they are still together after what they've been through speaks pretty highly of them. JMO

It seems as the community is split on the Aisenbergs involvment. I know people who think they did it, and other that don't.

Personally, I've never seen any evidence that they did it. And I think LE dropped the ball on how they handled the case. By lying about what the tapes said, they did more harm than good.

And if the Aisenbergs were involved in the disappearance of their Daughter, LE helped them to get away with it.

Day 5: Is this what baby Sabrina looks like today?

Bumping for Sabrina.

Just watched her 48 Hours episode today & I am thinking of her.

I just wanted to comment about the age progressed photo. I don't see how in any way Sabrina could have blue eyes today, if she is still alive. She looks almost identical to 3 of my 5 daughters at birth...black hair/dark eyes. I know that a lot of blue eyed babies at birth turn dark. But, their "blue" eyes are rather a deep silvery dark blue-ish. This is what my daughters had and they still have dark hair and eyes today (although one of them has the lighter brown eyes that turn green when she is upset). I've never heard of a baby with dark brown eyes turning to a light blue. Has anyone else?

This case still bugs me. I'm totally split on if the parents did something or if someone came in there and took the baby. It's fifty fifty. Either someone wanted that baby and was familiar with the family, or something happened and the parents covered it up. I don't know if we'll ever know. It's one of the stranger cases. We're supposed to believe someone just walked on in there and took the baby. That person would have to be familiar with the house and family to do that. I'd like to see some closure to this case.

This is the very case that brought me to Web Sleuths so many years ago. Hoping the truth will come to light sooner rather than later.

SABRINA AISENBERG
Sabrina's photo is shown age-progressed to 16 years. She became missing from her residence sometime during the early morning hours of November 24, 1997.

:bump: for Sabrina hoping she's out there alive and safe.

Thinking Sideways just did a podcast on this one:
http://thinkingsidewayspodcast.com/

Very thoughtful podcast that occasionally does cold cases (and does a pretty great job with them). Examines the case from all angles.

There are many similarities with the JonBenet Ramsey case, but of course Sabrina was never found. Very sad. Someone needs to be held responsible for this.

I had never heard of this 20 year old case until reading this new DM article with a picture of the missing baby Sabrina age-progressed to 20. It’s based on a new “Unsolved” about the case.

I can’t imagine the parents still seeking to publicize the case if they had gotten away with murder. But skimming the thread, there are some things that make me wonder, as always. Here’s hoping she’s found.

I'm really into genetic genealogy, and I've had my DNA processed by Ancestry. Also had my husband's DNA and my sister's DNA processed too.

I'm hoping that Sabrina is alive and well and does the DNA test to check her ethnic background. Maybe she was adopted by a loving couple who had no idea that it was an illegal adoption and she has had a wonderful life. I know I'm dreaming.

Unsolved: What happened to Sabrina Aisenberg?

The Aisenbgers have also registered on a DNA data website in the hopes, that one day Sabrina may check one day.

"She (Sabrina) is now 20, we hope she’s been living in a place where she’s been taken care of and loved," Marlene Aisenberg said.
They will not give up hope until she is home with them.

I have noticed a couple of things, the parents have never appeared heartbroken or even stressed, they have continued on with their lives and look very happy. I have seen very few appeals from them to “Bring Sabrina home” Now 20 years later they are doing this.
