They aren't on Harbor they are all RSO's currently incarcerated in the Clay Couty Jail. If you are talking about the 16 RSO's mentioned a page back.
but maybe you are referring to something else.

I'm referring to the address posted on Harbor... there are posts along the way from page 2 that contain the digits. The Orange Avenue is the jail. Hmm ... there are still innocent people there but I think in general, that one is okay ... mods?

OK I think I can clear up the watchdog 16 RSO living together confusion:

Watchdog does NOT have WLK's new address outside the jail. They have the gano ave. address and then his current jailhouse address. the 15 other offenders have the jail as their current addy too. Their other addy's, for the other 15, are all over the place.
So, what does this mean???
WLK ex-sis-in-law does NOT have a compound of RSO's living with her.

NO perhaps technically ONLY one RSO living with X-SIL! but before you say more you might SNOOP around clay county parcels and find her parcels location - leads to where it might have came from....then - proceed from there.

also, if you STREETVIEW harbor road.....and let your mouse do the walking you CAN SEE where the idea of COMPOUND comes from - bing will also get you there. (harbor road comes to a fork, keep right it looks like a driveway but its (an OLD part) of harbor road = gets you to a secluded and creepy creepy place.

When I type in the county jail address on Family Watchdog I don't get the same 16 RSO. I get 12 different ones. WLK is not listed among those 12.

DELETED INFO ABOUT HOUSE PRICES WHICH SEEMED HIGH (3,950,000) since most in the area are ~100k to 500k or so.

And the release date is 2006? Is this then older than his inmate information on FDLE?

When you see the OLD section of harbor road....those houses you speak of (up to 500K) back onto it. The other side - the back side of the creepy PROPERTIES (that sadnpod visited real quick) is a golf course.

Was perusing the SO map around Somer's house especially around the park and found one on Grove Park on the street she may have wandered down.

Has anyone looked into him? I'm curious if he might have dogs since she liked them so much, that could be used to lure her into a home, garage or car.

What's curious is that this obit lists his family having Thompson relatives, it's surely a common name but am wondering if there's a relation...

NO only WLK lives or SHOULD I SAY is registered to the X-sil's addy.

BUT another RSO's dad owns adjoining property - it appears 3627 was sectioned from it....RSO's dad also owns the addy his son the RSO is registered to.

You think the RSO (the son) visits dad much?

Yes, and I've wondered for weeks, does he LIVE there - it kinda makes sense if there are signs saying "protected by sherrif"

ETA: interesting note, the address on that page (on Ortega Forest Dr) matches a Rev. who's wife was killed back in '86 by a boarder they were helping. I do wonder how Sikes ended up either with him in '06 or perhaps just at his address.

Tarabull, I was talking about the OF Drive address given for Charles, SO mentioned by Kmart earlier in this thread (same link posted here by Pixie).

Forgive the bad quoting job. Laptop battery died a real death, not just needing to be charged. Having issues using this PC.

Thats what I was gonna say, but after bein there, its entirely possible, altho they may not be listed as such.... Im tellin u guys that place is made for doin bad things...wont hurt my feelins if she moves...

Sadnpod, I found what I think is the place you went. If what I sent you is, then you can delete my Q about the apartment complex.

I used bing maps and Aerial and then Birds Eye view ... which is a much better picture than I got on Google; although I think the pushpin is off from its target.
