My daughter started puking in her bed. I didn't have time to say good bye. had to take care of her.

I'm sorry some of you think the avatar is creepy, but a close friend drew it for me and I love her!

After I figured out what it was, I didnt think it was creepy. Not the avatars fault.. all my eyes.

I know what ya mean. For once I'd like it if someone popped in just to tell us how those children are. You know it is the most traumatic thing a child can go through, to lose one through accident or illness ( I knew first hand as a kid ), but to lose one in this way will leave them feeling even more vulnerable.
If anyone knows how they are doing back in school now. They've had to go on with their little lives, so torn apart considering their confusion over unforeseen circumstance. I'd rather hear about them for a change.

As for 'Scratch Guy", all I want to know FIRST is was he in OP on Monday the 19th.
If not, nothing else about him matters. Heck I've had scratches on me like that when I've been in a hurry shaving my legs! He could have been nervous upset and in a hurry too getting ready for this, again under the circumstances.

He was in Orlando. Came to Jacksonville after Somer went missing.

All I'm asking is to prove what they are saying is fact...I have no proof they are lying because there is no ppw...the same way they cannot prove it is fact there is nothing to say this happened.

I think it is so funny that everyone in Camp Diena is trying to keep throwing the light onto Sam, but not quite sure why? The divorce....both are to blame, so they called it quits....they both had a hand in destroying it right? Either way, I don't see that it had anything to do with the point of why we are all here.....for SOMER. (and kudos to Sam for rising above it all and not airing all the dirty laundry)

And perhaps you need to re-read things and clearly you will see that I have NEVER accused DT of being involved, but I do wonder where her support group is? NO one that knows/knew her is speaking out on her behalf.....why not?

I have gone back over all my posts, and I haven't changed my view on this. So she isn't the best person, may not have a squeaky clean image, but she isn't a murderer in my opinion.....she might only be guilty of knowing some shady characters and trusting all the wrong people.

I did not accuse you of what you are saying and please don't take that from what I have said. I only said what you posted was wrong. Not that you are accusing her, I know not everyone is but some are and that was not directed towards you. I am ONLY here in defense of her.

I would hope that her true friends would rally around her instead of just spying on the message boards for her.

No just reading to see if maybe someone has figured anything out that we haven't been told. We want this monster found and sometimes when theories are all you have it's helpful to read what others might think.

well you gotta go with what you know. I personally can't discuss the more recent years other that my last conversations with DT. I'm not there, I can only give character references and try to humanize the people that are part of this case who I know or have known in the past.

I can't tell you about Somer, I can't tell you about DT's current friends...I can only tell you all the same things that would be required if I was ever called as a character witness for either DT or ST.

I said before that I hope the case is over soon for all involved and that they can move on from here.

Refresher on tight jeans "chris"..

He was in greeting line at somers funeral. I sat behind ST and heard him say he was one of the initial searchers for somer. We all thanked him and he moved on. (had on the jeans then too)

Next day after service, before burial. We were waiting for LE to line us up. We were in a van parked in front of church, family limo was on the side of us. I was smoking outside the van, as was ST. We were kinda hiding from media behind the van. This Chris person walked from the family limo over to us and said they had put him out cause there wasnt enough room. ST invited him to ride with us. He sat in the back of the van with ST's friend J. I kneeled down between the driver and passenger seats to see. I wasnt really payin attention to "Chris" cause ST and i were both overwhelmed at the people, balloons and grief. I heard him say that he was a close friend of DT and PC's. That he knew somer and kids and was part of initial search. He had on TIGHT (haha) wrangler jeans and a tshirt. No purple. I noticed the jeans and keep harping on them because his dress was out of place and I havent seen anyone wear jeans that tight since the 70's. So tight the man drivin the van even asked me if I noticed his outlined package! (which I didnt:angel. We get to the graveside and "Chris" helped us push ST up the hill. DT and family were in front of coffin, ST was in wheelchair, J on his left, me on his right, van driver behind us and we were at the end of the coffin on the side. LE was behind the coffin kinda back in the woods by fence. Chris was on my right side. There were nasty words spoken by DT to ST when he spoke to lil ST. Then DT's uncle (or so he said) came over to ST and stomped on his foot. ST asked him to please get his foot off of his (he thought was accident). Uncle said he wanted to do more than smash his foot and I asked him to please stop, that this was not time or place. By now LE's attention is on us. Uncle asks "chris" for his pass to be at the burial. I am trying to keep ST calm, so not payin attention to Chris. I heard Chris say he is friend of DT and PC, uncle tells LE that he is not authorized to be there. Chris then went to where LE was on his own and I never saw him again. He was creepy. He could have lied about knowing DT, he could have lied and told LE he was with us. IDK. I have called LE about him. But they wouldnt tell me anything. I know he was in front of church before vehicles left service, and he claimed to be at all vigils. I cant find him anywhere, or his tight jeans.

I know EXACTLY who you are talking about. He is not with the family. He is/was a bouncer at the Crazy Horse. He is VERY creepy. He showed up at the house and we had to have him removed. The reason he was not allowed in the family limo was because he is not family. When at the burial he was asked for his "ticket" when he couldn't produce one he was escorted out by police.

Well thank you for speaking up, that is helpful. I have tried to be fair and as as honest as possible with a delicate situation. This is why I have in fact held onto a lot of information....DT isn't in trial here, neither is ST. I just hope you realize I am not on here to crucify anybody.

Well, I recall that time very clearly, and she was in a bad situation ending up being in the hospital...or so that is what she told me herself. I can not dig into her medical records because that is illegal. This was the point though that I couldn't continue to keep in touch with her...it was just too much...and now through this ordeal, I look forward to the day when her name is in the clear. That is what many of her old friends have been praying for all along.

Ok.. this is crazy. I was JUST on the phone with a detective. A very nice. helpful detective btw. At least I know I wasnt the only one to find him creepy. The detective just told me the same thing you just said. C told us there wasnt enough room. I still get the EWWWWW's just thinkin about him. What a creep. Will u pls verify his jeans? (LOL, just kidding)

I know what you are referring to, and if someone is accused of something, but they aren't charged or convicted....in a court of law....then all it boils down to is just an accusation right?

Not trying to but in here but...
IMO - not when it comes to my children.
No conviction needed for me to keep my children away from somebody I thought MAY have done something. Just saying.
As we all know, you just can't be too careful.
I'd hate to wrongly judge someone by accusation alone, but like I said, for my children's benefit, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
