In that area of Orange Park, elementary is K-6, junior high is 7-8, and high school is 9-12. There are some other schools in Orange Park where junior high is 6-8. I've seen AC listed as being 13 in multiple places.

Anyone have the birth year of AC? Depending on that , he may or may not have been the correct age to still be in elementary school last year.

I remember 14-15, but I do not know. I believe the daughter that DT has that does not live with her is younger than AC. She looks to be too old to be in elementary school.

Anyone?

OK. So Dee10 meant post 421 .

What I thought was meant that Kim125 has seen professionals do body language on other WS cases. I thought Dee was asking who those professionals are . I would like to know , also, so I could look and see if they have said anything about this case.

Or Kim125, do you know their names so I could look up their websites and see what they say. Maybe if not this case, they might give things they look for? TIA

I don't know off the top of my head but I have seen them.
I'll try to find out for you.
I'ts been a while on CA case and HC case.
Then I know I saw it with body language for MAM in SD case.

I try to follow several cases, so all the details get foggy.
But, I know I saw it and will try to find it.

I really think that you need to search and find them yourself. NoWay has had extensive lists and referrals on other threads that lead to questions that you have. She has it listed so organized and easy to refer to. Plus, you might find something that strikes your eye that no one has even noticed yet.

It seems that you like to look at things analytically . I do not want to go through the work of finding things myself, posting them, and then have them questioned as valid . If you go straight to the source yourself, you can determine what you feel is valid with your criteria in mind.


Therefore, I feel that you should look yourself, read what seems to pertain, then post what you find as relevant and enlightening to this case.

I have seen them.I would like to see them again.I have no idea where to look again for these.If some one has the links please link them ok?I feel they are my suspects.I was just wanting to know if we knew thier names yet or not.Hopefully we'll have a sub forums for easy access to find things soon.

Suzanne, I don't remember ever hearing exactly who was working at the house that day except for Kyle. One article might have mentioned one of the companies partners was working that day but I think it was a poorly worded article like so many in this case have been.

I can't find any on DT. I have looked.

I looked at Dr. Lillian Glass. It appears no one has asked her to look at DT. I am going to and if anyone else would, that would be good so that she gets more than one request.

Eyes for Lies does show up when you search for DT and discrepancies in body language. Lies has credentials, but I don't know who lies is. Didn't look.

In all fairness, I looked at Lies thing on DT.

As far as credentials, I can't find any. As far as I can see, he does this a lot and has been on some tv shows, but he has no education in the matter.

And when I look at what Dr. Lillian Glass has done, they were cases that the parents were strongly suspected from the get go by LE. I've not seen that in DT by anybody in LE.

Almost at the beginning of this case being discussed, there was a poster who came on and SAID that he/she had extensive training in body language analysis, did not say professional though. This poster stated something like go back to the MPR, police protocol, etc. and you will KNOW who killed this child. Does anyone remember that besides me? Later on this poster said that he/she had studied DT's body language and believed she was not telling the truth. This does not mean this poster was right or wrong, and of course, it is not fact. It is just what was stated by someone who said he/she had extensive training in body language analysis.

He could have failed a grade and been held back.

Can anybody provide a link to a professional who has said DTs reactions or body language shows that she is lieing?

I ask this because I have seen such articles and interviews were professionals have studied and questioned parents in this situation before. It happened in the Caylee case, the Haleigh case, the Shaniya case, and several others.

I've seen this done on DT by posters here but I've never seen a professional make comments on it.

I guess if you want to learn about lie detecting you can watch video(s) and then apply those principles to anybody, since everyone is still a suspect.

Yes I guess you could but how accurate would it be?

I've seen it done by professionals on several cases and that's why I asked if anybody knew if it had been done for this one.

I've yet to find one.

All I remember reading about the age of AC is that he is 13..the daughter that does not live with DT, 12.

If telling if someone was lieing was as easy as watching a video and applying what you saw on that video, the legal system would go much smoother IMO.
There would be no need for lie detector tests, all criminals would be convicted, and every murder case could be solved quickly.

But, that's not the way it works. There are people who have proper education in this field and their testimony is not even enough to convict. There has to be evidence to back it up.
