I know some people are morons and don't listen to their attorneys but I cannot believe that this guy is putting his life on the life with the jurors by trying to claim that he killed not 1, but 4 people, in self defense.

This happened really close to me. I know the area/s well.

I seen at work today that Matos was taking the stand and claiming self defense. And I'm finally getting to listen to his testimony. (Until Law and Order SVU comes on, anyway)

Moving right along...the judge is there now. And the defense is renewing an objection to a jury instruction. Judge noting objection. She ruled on it yesterday. Both sides agreed on verdict form.
