So whose phone was she texting from with Dredden? Those texts he was suspicious of as having come from her. Or was she in the garage in her car texting/talking with him?

It's strange but for some reason I can't recall, I was thinking she was in the bedroom or kitchen. Idk which phone she used.

I think LT took her phone from her purse, which was in the house, while she was sleeping with the kids and starting texting KD trying to pretend he was her to see what kind of response he would get from KD. But KD seemed to know right off that it wasn't her by the style of the texts or by what was written. So he wanted her to call him to make sure she was okay or he was going to call their superior to see what he should do.

So at that point LT would have had to make YS contact KD and he would have had to tell her why. Which is likely when the fight started, after she got off the phone with KD. She had to have been furious. LT was embarrassing her and jeopardizing her job with his jealousy and games.

Really? Well maybe not public ones but wouldn't you think that LE had done a lot of private searching based on the information in these interviews? Although with LT, it's probably safe to assume that wherever he mentioned is NOT where the bodies are. He's not very bright.

Yes, really. If they searched at the end of Highbanks it must have been privately, MOO.

On this map of the search areas, Highbanks is the straight (white) line just above the word Debary. Highbanks ends at the river.

Is it just me that doesn't get this? I'm presuming he is saying he killed them because they were witness to Toledo killing Yessinia, as was Tyshawn... but that's still a ridiculous load of carp.

It's not just you. It makes absolutely no sense. Which is why he's the one on trial for first degree murder of the children and not Tyshawn Jackson.
