No doubt in my mind you're spot on about this.

RH, after all WAS IIRC a nurse or going to be, HE knew how to clean up a crime scene and WHAT to do with a body. HE KNEW her schedule, passwords, and I'm sure so much more than we realize. ( or anyone else, for that matter ) And for petes sake, did you happen to see the SCRATCH MARKS on HIS hands?? HMMM...

All just MOO
4 months ago for me there were way too many suspects. It was overwhelming how many people could have murdered TH with endless scenarios. I think for me it was being stuck on the Salvage yard as the crime scene. Once you get past that and realize that TH left the salvage yard she drove away from the property to her Zipperer appointment. Many of the suspects become so implausible. Any of the Avery's, Dassey's or ST/BD, the German , Martinez, the JR theory they all crumble. Even a murder at the Zipperers becomes unlikely due to alibis. Most people don't deviate much from their day to day schedules. It's why my smart phone seems to always know exactly where I'm going. So TH most likely does Mondays as such- home, AT work, home, social life. There's some person in her life that knew that schedule. He wanted to confront her that day about something personal to them. A person like that would never risk a confrontation publicly. So the idea that he would follow her around place to place is impractical. This person has access to her home and would likely wait for her there. After a confrontation turns physical and deadly the perp needed a place to dump the body and the car and a person to blame or at least deflect blame on to and that's where SA comes in. Without SA the car and the body would probably have been found in the bottom of a lake. At this point everything found which ties SA to the crime was planted and fabricated by the MTSO. That all started with AC finding the car and calling in the plates.

awwwwww those pesky log books again!

Remiker and another officer, Melia Prange were reprimanded for not logging in Prange's husband when they were watching over the Dassey juror's.

"Deputy Prange allowed her husband into the secured area of the jury to deliver pizza and obtain drinks," Prange's disciplinary report stated. "This unauthorized person was in the secured area on and off from" 9 p.m. until after 12:30 a.m.

"A review of the log book indicates that Deputy Prange did not log this unauthorized person in the log book during this time frame."

Sounds like she got him to deliver some pizza and then he stayed for a few hours to serve drinks because there was no waitress.

Unbelievable!!! And yet, this verdict was clean, no possibility of tampering right?!?

There are a few things that I can see that is wrong with this situation.

1. Remiker was overseeing the jurors? In a case where he calls himself a "lead investigator"?

2. There is mention that it was taken to the judge, but no mention about of lawyers being informed.

"You assured (the sheriff''s) administration along with the judge that your husband did not discuss or have conversation with the jury," her disciplinary action stated. "You realized now that ... your husband, should have been logged into the log book ... You apologized for your actions stating this will not happen again. You also thought a 1 day suspension was fair."

Again! if they planted every piece of evidence like bread crumbs to be used in trial, they absolutely must ensure a conviction they cannot risk a not guilty verdict because that would mean a new investigation of MTSO. That's why they came down on BD hard after SA hires Butang and Strang. And that's why they uncovered more evidence (bullet fragments) Everyone was on the line and it all hinged on SA being found guilty. I'd love to see what jury violations happened at SA trial.

Here ya go...First and foremost, IMO, there is this guy:
http://onmilwaukee.com/images/artic...rvolunteer_fullsize_story1.jpg?20160107164246

He was the most vocal Juror that Mahler spoke about who was strongly asserting that SA was "f'ing guilty" from the start of deliberations, and being aware that he was a volunteer of the Sheriff's Dept., I am sure the other Juror's would have been afraid of coming back with the wrong verdict in fear of this guy being able to point later to MSTO as to exactly what way each juror voted, IMO.

Then we have the biggie! While Brendan got lowly Remiker on scene during jury deliberations, SA got the big dog himself it seems...(starting on page 4)
http://www.stevenaverycase.org/wp-c...rief-in-Support-of-Post-Conviction-Motion.pdf

It seems that Sheriff Pagel, himself, was present where he should not have been in the Juror's hotel room, unknown to defense at the time. He lied to the Judge (as Mahler later said that some of the info that Pagel gave to Strang and Buting was incorrect and he did not say that regarding any marriage issues). The Defense was having dinner at a diner, when they received the phone call about Mahler's being dismissed and they were not informed that Pagel was present physically at the jury's hotel, or they would have called for a mistrial then and there.

Thank you for posting this from my favorite reporter, missy...it seems like he is the only one in the media in that area who is not only facing the truth, but actively searching for it in regards to these cases. I especially liked the following part of that article:

"When Sturm found the vehicle, she was patched to Remiker, who implored her not to touch the vehicle — which was missing both of its license plates and covered with tree branches to make it easier to find."

LOL...:giggle:

I'm very cautious about things like this that were posted after MaM was released. JMO but there are extremists on both sides of the fence, and then there are some real pot stirrers that really don't care about the case, the system, SA/BD, or even TH, they are just hanging around to stir.

Facebook seems to be the worst, but I wouldn't put it past some random person to have posted that to just see how long it took to be found. lol

I read the article and didn't catch it.... but someone pointed it out on reddit! lol He seems to put a dig in like that in every one of his articles. I think he is the only reporter that is actually digging and not afraid to report what he is finding. From Buting's response, my guess is that he is just finding out about this Remiker/Prange violation and reprimand, I have to wonder if BD's lawyers are just finding out too!

I agree about being cautious, which is why I take EVERYTHING coming from both sides of this with a grain of salt. My comment about it maybe being Kratz, was mostly a tongue in cheek kind of comment, however....with all the crazy stuff that has been released about individuals and circumstances surrounding both of these cases, I would not be greatly surprised to find out that there WAS evidence such as a video that was buried because it did not contain the information that would have furthered the narrative they preferred, JMO.

ohhhh don't get me wrong... I wouldn't put it past Kratz to be one of the stirrers LOL I don't think he is very busy nowadays, he probably has lots of time to be online! Well... during breaks from writing his book (or books)

KZ's latest tweet said she has seen ALL the evidence, I hope that includes those cards that they never got anything from, or should I say, never tried.

This is a video from one of the people who was in charge of the original (which turned out to be very peaceful) protest in Manitowoc a few months ago. It seems it is not going to be so easy for them to schedule another one there now, however. This time around Manitowoc is demanding now that they not only have the $100 permit (which was not needed for the first protest), but is also demanding:
1. a $250 security deposit
2. $1,560 for excess costs and payments (videographer is speculating this is for payment to extra LE that may be needed
3. a $1,000,000 certificate of insurance

She also goes on to state that the protest is still being planned for June 11th and that they are not going to let Manitowoc stand in their way, so this could get interesting to say the least.

http://fox11online.com/news/crime/homicide-investigation-in-manitowoc

This is an article from back in Feb about the Manitowoc resident who was shot one morning point blank in the chest and killed when he answered his door in the early morning hours. The curious thing about this case is that LE made a very strong statement publicly from the very beginning that this case has absolutely nothing to do with the Avery case, which I am unsure how they can state that so positively when the investigation was just starting. How can they know this positively so early in the case? Sluether's have also dug up the fact that the murder victim was arrested on 10/30/2005 on a Battery charge, and may have seen or heard something while in police custody back then pertaining to the set up of Avery (assuming there was a set-up in play, of course). They are speculating that this maybe a motive for why this man was targeted the way he was, so that he could not come forward with information about the Avery investigation if he had any. This is all just speculation, of course, but I thought I would bring it over here as it seems to be just another coincidence in the never-ending list of coincidences that seem to make up the Avery case. I have linked the criminal record of the victim below, to show his arrest in 2005.

https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetai...&cacheId=&recordCount=0&offset=0&mode=charges

Hello all!!

I don't think these two cases are related, they have arrested 2 individuals from the Minnesota area.

for the record, IMO SA is guility. With that said, if I am wrong~~ I think if there is any possible person who could be guilty of planting evidence, this is the man.

IDK, sounds to me like the juror who claimed to have a family crisis at home was just trying to get out of jury duty to me. I don't buy the story. I also don't buy the old guy saying "he's fking guilty" doesn't seem to fit the character, but then again I could be wrong.

Ok kids~~~ what am I missing??? I didn't see a video, just people writing memorials, one by the way is Ken Kratz saying "Sorry" What the heck is that? Sorry, for what I did? Sorry for not doing a better job for you? Is it even really KK or some other nut? Then there is a Steven Avery entry too!:confused::eek: I wonder if it was really him or someone posing as him??:dunno::doh:
