OK I am going to post this and hope it is OK to post. This is a google document I have been working on, On how I theorize the planting was done. It is work in progress as I tend to think of other things as I go or even days later that I may add to the document. It is my Opinion but I have linked actual evidence from the case into this Document. If for some reason this is not OK to post please let me know if and when you remove it. But truly hope this is OK as it is structured how I would structure a statement made here. Redacting names of witness but keeping the names of the people working the case. Such as cops and DA's. Please remember this is only my opinion in theory.

The latest from my favorite reporter, JF. It sounds like that department out does itself on giving each other glowing job reports, but the two statements thatr I found to be the most ironic here are:
1. "I would be willing to commit that Lt. Colborn is probably one of, if not the most, thorough report documenting individual in this department." - Remiker (Well, isn't that a scary thought?) :hilarious:
2. Even AC gives himself props in his self-evaluation stating..."While some cases were not prosecuted, the ones that were involved the defendant(s) being found guilty each and every time." ( Why am I not surprised that AC basically, is bragging here that he has a 100% conviction rate? /s) :behindbar

All JMO,of course.

More from my favorite reporter...it seems he is continuing to dig into the backgrounds of LE in that department. I am curious as to what the paperwork from Detroit is going to show. Mainly because it seems strange that JL didn't continue in his chosen profession when he left Detroit and first moved to the Manitowoc area, choosing instead to work at a retail store? Definitely is a big change in job choices, IMO. :thinking:
 
On a personal note.... I have been extremely busy with my Dad, who has been ill and in the hospital for over 2 months. It has been exhausting! I have continued to check in, and I appreciate all the links and comments. As impatient as I have been to get new info or Zellner to file something, I have been thankful that it hasn't happened yet because I'm not sure I would have the time to keep up! I was really hoping that something would have been filed this week... but nope *sigh*

I am wondering if Ms. Zellner is waiting to see what happens in the Brendan Dassey decision before she goes ahead and files her motion in regard to SA?
From what she has said previously i think all the test results were meant to be in by the end of March? I suppose she still has a fair bit to work on yet, we know she is a very busy person.
Still could be a few months away before we hear anything IMO.

So as you can see, the dvd the judge sent to the jurors even had a "The Steven Avery Trial" logo with his picture as though it is some type of MOVIE. Then, when you watch this movie you quickly come to realize that this MOVIE is much more one-sided than MaM. Its not even close. The very same thing Kratz and his cronies are complaining of with regards to the filmmakers , they are guilty of themselves. This movie was produced by Kratz. He should have got a damn Oscar for that one!

And to top it all off, Willis made sure each juror received a copy of this movie so that they could go back and watch when they inevitably (the honest ones at least) began to have doubts about their verdict.

It is so, so corrupt. These people were toying with the justice system. The only logical conclusion is that they must have done it many times before.

Very intriguing, I'll have to watch that.

That is 2 people and a dog in the picture. Is that the dog handler and the dog that tracked to the "red trailer"? Was this Brutus? I don't recall. I do remember that each handler was assigned personnel from CASO to go with them.

I don't find that as odd as one might think. There are not a whole lot of jobs in the "LE boys club", especially to an "outsider". IMO, he had to prove he was worthy before they would let him in. They had to get to know him a little better.
