Karamjit was born in India on 5 August 1993. She has been in the US about a year, speaks hardly any English, has few friends (sounds a lot like Mariam's case doesn't it?)..

Her family had a new silver mountain bike. Karamjit was learning to ride it. At 6:30 pm on 30 September she was hot and went outside to ride her bike the poor girl even had her pajamas on... (she usually rode right in front of the house). Her family noticed her missing within a HALF HOUR and called police. (estimate reported missing time as seven pm). Her bike was found a quarter mile away at a skate park. LE says:

Also: "The family’s missing person report came in at 7:24 p.m. Wednesday, but since it was not a shooting or murder, it was put on a screen as a priority 3, Whan said. An officer called the family about 8 p.m. No one answered so he left a message. At 8:30 p.m., the family called back, and a report was completed and handed to the desk sergeant."

SS, I wanted to let you know Billy Smolinski's mother has been very busy trying to get some answers...as usual. The one that's most important is...where is my child.

I've not forgotten about your wanting a clearer time. Just wondering if the astro's could shed some light on this child's case. He was reported missing on 9/4/09 and found deceased in a neighbor's septic tank. Reports say this is a homocide and the father is a suspect but no charges have been filed. COD undetermined at this time.

A coroner says the cause of death for a 4-year-old Pennsylvania boy found dead in a septic tank was drowning.
But Beaver County Coroner Teri Tatalovich-Rossi said Tuesday that she couldn't determine the circumstances of Wyatt Smitsky's death. State police are investigating whether his drowning was intentional or an accident.
A district attorney has said it's possible that Wyatt moved the tank's 14-pound lid by himself.

I would like to request a chart for Samuel Savage Becker-Boehlke. This Wednesday will be 3 years since 8 year old Sammy disappeared in Crater Lake National Park. There has been a lot of speculation on whether he actually did run off and become lost, or if his father did something to him, or if he was abducted since no evidence whatsoever was ever found. Sammy has Asperger's Syndrome, which made the initial search for him extremely difficult, as loud noises and lights scare him.

A cell phone was used to call 911, and dispatchers notified park authorities at about 6:00 pm. Park authorities started searching shortly afterward.

The Clay County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing child in the Grove Park area.

Date of birth:4-5-02. - verified from Amber Alert Poster
Summer is a white female 3 feet 5 inches tall weighting 65lbs. Summer was last seen wearing a cranberry jumper with pick stripes on the sleeves.

Summer was last seen in the area of Grove Park Elementary walking west on Debarry Ave at 2:45PM today.She was walking home from Grove Park Elementary School near West Gano Avenue and Debarry Avenue with her sister and friends but separated from them after an argument and ran toward her home.

His cabin had been set on fire. Arson, said the sheriff.
A second cabin was also set on fire the same night, five miles up the mountain road. Arson, said the sheriff.

He was shot while sleeping at a campsite.

Police believe the murders of an Ashland man living on Dead Indian Road and a transient camping out along the Bear Creek Greenway last September might be linked.
A little over a year has passed since David E. Lewis, 46, was found inside his burnt home in the 12800 block of Dead Indian Memorial Road and Troy Dean Carney, 44, was discovered at his campsite, the victim of a gunshot wound.
Nine days after Carney was found a fire swept though the area where he had been camping. Investigators determined the fire was intentionally set by someone trying to destroy the scene of the crime.
"We find two men killed by homicidal violence on the same day and both scenes were covered by fire," Jackson County Sheriff's Detective Sgt. Colin Fagan said. "We cannot ignore the commonality here."
In addition, sheriff's investigators believe they have discovered a piece of evidence linking both crimes, but they decline to specify what it is.
"We need to keep that to ourselves so we know good tips from bogus ones," Fagan said. "If someone gives us that information we know we are onto something."
However, investigators have yet to find a link between to the victims.
Despite spending hundreds of man hours pursuing leads in the cases, detectives have yet to prove Carney and Lewis knew each other.
"We are fairly certain these two never spoke to each other when they were alive," Fagan said.
By releasing the information that the crimes might be linked, detectives are hoping someone might contract the department with information connecting the victims.
"Maybe we are overlooking something," Fagan said.
The men led different lifestyles.
Lewis had deep roots in the local community. He was a longtime area resident, known for protecting the land and helping neighbors., according to his family.
Investigators suspect someone ventured up the long driveway to his secluded mountaintop cabin, then had come inside and killed him. Detectives aren't disclosing how Lewis died. They also note that the total destruction of the cabin has eliminated much evidence.
Investigators haven't turned up a motive or suspect in the death of Carney, who was also found dead Sept. 4. Carney's body was found in a sleeping bag off a path that leads away from the Bear Creek Greenway between the Central Point freeway interchange and Table Rock Road. He had been shot at close range a few days earlier.
Carney had lived in the Rogue Valley a decade ago and had recently returned. In the interim he had worked as a "lumper," loading and unloading trucks and riding along with drivers.
"They lived different lives, but we cannot ignore the similarities in their deaths," Fagan said. "These have been long, exhausting investigations."
The sheriff's department is asking the public's assistance in providing information which links the victims. Tips can be left anonymously at the sheriff's at 774-8333.
