This is the event chart for the release of the judge's ruling retaining the death penalty. The Sun is radiant in House 11, high in the chart but the Sun is at the solstice point of Pluto (see Pluto) in the jail sector, therefore the prisoner feels sore oppressed by the ruling today. Heavy, heavy.

Two Fixed Stars are very prominent in this horoscope: Vindemiatrix of death on the House of law and on the House of the child, Hyades of violence, murder and imprisonment. Both stars are exact.

I'm trying to catch what was said when Baez was whispering for aprox. 4-5 minutes....when the mikes were hot & you could hear him & KC! O/T: Long day with my apt. & than went Christmas shopping!
Opthamologist said the only think I need to remember for my eyes while being on the PC or even watching Tv to blink my eyes often. The chronic eye infections aren't being caused from long lengths at the PC. I still have a couple of blockages in my eye lash ducts in my left eye, but they are a lot better than before!

Being on a PC a lot, does cause anyone to have dryer eyes though esp. me with my thyroid eye disease, but the eye plugs are working for me. That I should also continue to use lots of lubricant eye drops everyday to help too! They can add them to my upper eye lid tear ducts if I feel that it will help me even more. She was impressed with the amount of tears she could see prior to putting them in my lower eye lid tear ducts today! :clap:

I don't have to go back for 8 weeks unless the infections act up in between! :clap: Than we'll do the eye lid surgery later(making sure the infections are in stable)!

In the left margin of the above ruling horoscope, the first notation is that Mercury remains out of bounds, in other words Mercury's declination is extra-ordinary. Mercury here denotes the prisoner. See her inside the jail 12th H. and ruling the child, H. 5 and the homicide, H. 8.

In the now, revulsion and hatred are directed at prosecution Mars for its persecution of "victim" prisoner with no ownership of the consequences from personal acts. Somehow I do not see that changing, no matter how urgent it is that Prisoner reverse her Responsibility assignments.

Early in the year I had checked many asteroids in the prisoner's chart but not Persephone of mandated consequences. At birth her Persephone was 15:22 Libra, opposing her Venus & squaring her Moon. Demeter was 4:41 Virgo opposite her own Jupiter. Last February 9, Persephone was 4:43 Aquarius on Cindy's Moon. Demeter was 10:30 Virgo. Now, Persephone is 5:05 Pisces approaching conjunction with the prisoner's Jupiter and Demeter is 0:29 Sagittarius.

We've seen the July jail vids, we know the prisoner was on bail in August and seeing her parents. Would it be September that you would like to investigate Persephone & Demeter to see if those asteroids reflect an estrangement that set in then?

You may remember, at the murder indictment a Full Moon found the Sun dead atop Cindy's Jupiter. Because we were watching her and had many opportunities to do so, it was clear she was not feeling jolly about the true bill. For that reason, I believe strongly that Jupiter represented the ruler of her Fifth House and served only to identify her child and that the impact from the Full Moon was to her child. That would mean Cindy has a Leo Ascendant and Sagittarius on House 5 with Saturn therein. I think that fits Cindy's life situation and her nature.

I vote we keep it as it is. This gives her a 29:33 Virgo Vertex. AL has asteroid Caylee at 29:24 Virgo. That is, if I applied the clues about the placement of her planets correctly to run her chart. I looked all over the internet for her birthdate, but came up empty, so had to use the clues.
