I watched the Moon set~the biggest, most colorful Moon I have ever seen during daylight. Later in the morning (or early in the afternoon, depending where you are), it was eclipsed. This is the prisoner's Moon and it went under shadow at 2:14 p.m. in Orlando. When our Moon is eclipsed, a woman exits our life and it is always an important figure. Since Uranus was on the prisoner's Mercury for this eclipse, the woman will be someone she communicated with frequently.

Wondering if it might be the mitigation specialist, Ms. Barrett, than Lyon brought in???? She has spent a significant amount of time with Casey lately.

FYI: My brother who has recording equipment (for recording his music & live music shows) & software, is working this weekend to attempt to bring the audio of Baez & Casey whispering to each other UP & lowering Andrea L.'s irritating voice, from the hearing Dec. 11th, 2009!!! :crossfingers:

He usually is doing the opposite when he works with live music audio taking out background noise etc. Let's all cross our fingers that he is successful with this experiment. He said if it works out, he will to teach me how to do it myself, in case in happens in the future in any hearings etc. with any case across the board here at WS's.

He is an electronical engineer for Motorola, so this is actually something fun for him to experiment with....what a wonderful brother I have! :yes: He's the one that flew me to San Diego last April to visit him (to give me a break from helping to care for my dad who had a stroke & my mother is is also in poor health) & has helped to make me who I am today! He has shown me to look at all the wonderful beautiful aspects of life.......not what we have material wise, but the love that we can all share with each other, by just caring & helping for each & everyone around us. :heart: That's what is important to him & I....the beauty of flowers growing, the smile on a child's face, gazing up at the stars & planets, the love of art, finding something positive that can come from a tragedy etc. etc. He has keep me grounded with hope & faith, when my poor health get's me depressed, to remember there are many more people suffering way more than I ever will. (Sorry about bragging about my brother, my hero, but I'm so very proud to have him as a brother & friend! :hug: )

I also told him about the other hearing, back around aprox. Jan/Feb 2009, when the SA was discussing DC & JH searching the woods where Caylee was found. I decided to have him experiment with the latest accidental hot mike from Dec. 11th 2009 hearing. We will work on the other one next.

ASAP I'll post what he was able to do with the audio!

A composed, self-possessed front will shatter due to unforeseen changes and events at these periods. Placid, sedentary life will be disrupted by them. Also, I noticed by comparing the dates of these visits against the My Clerk site data that many times visits took place shortly after the state would hand over discovery to the defense.

The significant aspect on 14 November was a strong Mercury trine from Scorpio to the prisoner's Sun because it was exact. The Moon, Sun, Venus were all in Scorpio as well, forming aspects to her Mercury and Jupiter. These appear to be in depth interviews. Scorpio lends itself to penetrating examinations. However, due to the affliction from Jupiter - Neptune, the answers the mitigation expert obtained were not truthful.

Salem - You are reading it correctly. It was an all night meeting. She's had those before:

There were also a few others that they were not there "all night" but there until after midnight.

I found this quote by Tuba, probably written on or near 3 July 2009. It was in my notes, just above another post of that date:

I think Andrea L. contracted with Jose B. to join the defense team about 12 May when the Sun transited her Jupiter and Pallas Athena of strategy transited her Uranus at 18° Cancer. Mercury was at the earliest point of II and trine Andrea's own Mercury and Sun conjunction. There had been a Full Moon on 8 May at 18° Scorpio and Taurus. Then on 24 May we had a bold New Moon trine Andrea from 3°28' II. But I think she signed on during the dark of the Moon and Mercury was retrograde.

As it was when she first appeared at Jose's side in court. There will be a change of mind but, not having a birth time, it is only possible to approximate when her own Mercury turns retrograde for withdrawal. A December Full Moon could do it, atop that Mercury station.

Such visits are allowed because they fall into the category of "access to legal counsel". Other than legal counsel has to visit during regular visiting hours. If these attorney visits are denied by the jailhouse personnel, that would certainly be grounds for legal action against them - and a possible reason for claiming an appeal after her days in court and when/"if" she's found guilty. "Appeal on the grounds she wasn't allowed access to proper legal counsel."

Surprise, surprise!!! This may be why there are so many visits from this person. Somewhere in those many interviews there will be some truth, but then does it really matter when a good tear jerker will more than surfice. Thanks, Tuba for the reading.

ETA: My brother is still working on the audio from the Dec. 11th hearing for those wondering about it.
O/T: Been a bit busy with family issues (an uncle passed away & my dad has not been feeling well) I apologize for not replying to my messages for the last week! As soon as things settle down I promise to get to them all.

As far as my uncle no need for any sympathy for his passing....I know that sounds bad, but he has to answer to a higher power now for things he did to me from the age of 4-12yrs old. The only thing that has upset me....is it has brought all of the awlful memories flooding back. All the times he cornered me when I was alone to shove his tongue in my mouth....while forcing me to kiss him etc. etc. I refused to go to his funeral....though I feel guilty for not going for my Aunt & my cousins. My sister told them all that I was ill...the easy way out without telling them the truth why I wasn't there.

Needless to say the last week has been rough, & has caused my fibromyalgia to flare from the stress of the memories of my childhood (a secret that very few even know about) & with my dad not feeling well. I'm very concerned with my dad's health declining more & more.

I did want to explain why I have been somewhat MIA, before all of my very dear & sweet friends here at WS's started a MIA angel thread! LOL :biggrin:

Angel, Thank you for choosing to share that intimate truth with us. It takes courage to honestly admit things so painful and tragic, things that for a season were maybe better stored away, deep in your psyche. That is a lot for an awfully young child to cope with- thank God our brains know when to tuck it away, when it is just too much for us to bare. That season is over for you now, and it will be painful in different ways, but letting it out will also set you free and allow you to truly heal, once and for all. You are such a beautiful human being, you have warmth, love, insight, compassion and character, for all that he did to harm you he was unable to rob you of any of those qualities. Godspeed now that he will finally answer for what he has done. I pray equally for that same speed in your healing. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sorry everyone to be so off topic, I know you all understand. Justice for Caylee and all of the little ones harmed by men and women who know better... who were entrusted to their care... theirs is a special place in Hell, I believe.
