They are both always in my prayers & thoughts. I for one know how difficult things are being a caregiver in the home. Not only does she have a lot responsibilites being a caregiver, but has fibromyalgia as well. As a fellow fibromite she amazes me with all that she does. Nothing to do with the anonymous letter but the Defense Blimp has emerged from turbulence and is floating freely once more. Prisoner too, got up on the right side of the jailhouse cot and figures, now, that her predicament will sort itself out. The Moon is in her Sun Sign round midnight, her high of the month, and Jupiter enters Pisces this evening. Venus and the transit Sun are sextile her own Sun and she is thinking things will dry straight one of these days. A major alteration in the biorhythms and hormones inside The Team! Personally speaking, the letter although it seemed very amateurish, did get me thinking, I do wonder about the addresses mentioned for the Zeniada mentioned... Call me crazy if you wish but the writer did make some good points (IF TRUE OF COURSE)..... If they can prove this Zeniada lived there, prove the Jeffrey Hopkins ( I mean surely if Casey knew him she could identify him) and the Juliette, that were not investigated, they might actually have something.. Like I said ONLY IF ITS TRUE... However they are still leaving a BIG gap in this theory, Casey partied for 30 days and did not report Caylee missing..
Another thing the person mentions Ryan Pasley being Caylee's dad... did we know this and I just dont remember? was there a chart done for him?

But, wouldn't SOMEONE, ANYONE, who lived near these people or knew these people come forward? I can't believe even ONE person wouldn't have spoken up about knowing any of these folks with all the publicity this case has gotten. With the attention this case has been given, jmo, no stone has been left unturned by the investigators. PROFESSIONAL investigators. This is why Casey is still sitting in her cell awaiting trial. Casey is the only one guilty, no matter what type of deter her defense tries to concoct, the road will be open and the truth always comes through.

aksleuth, I completely understand what you are saying, I am just saying that if there is even 1 Jeffrey Hopkins, Juliette Lewis, or Zenida Gonzalez out there in that area that was not checked out, that could cause reasonable doubt. This is also the first time I have heard of Ryan Pasley (not saying that it hasnt been brought up, cause I have been taking care of my mom since June last year). I am just extremely afraid that what happened in the OJ trail may happen again. That case was a slam dunk, but because the investigators messed up it caused reasonable doubt....
I know this is an astrology board so if there is a chart to Ryan Pasley, could someone tell me where to find it.

I agree with the others that this person who wrote the letter has had everything debunked by LE, FBI as well as by many threads here at WS's. The names etc. have all been sleuthed by all of us & I can guarntee you that the FBI & LE had acess to even more than we could ever find or research. They have checked & searched for all of the names that the bogus biologist also mentioned in the letter. This Jane/John Doe is NO biologist by a long shot (read the thread in the main forum & you will find they many have researced the names again & has found everything to be false, & full of half truths just like KC has done since day 1)

I also feel KC has no chance in being found not guilty after reading all of the released discovery all of them several times in decideding this. JMHO In FL from what RH(Orlando lawyer) said in the legal thread that it dosen't have to be a verdict of guilty by all 12 to be found guilty. IIRC

Tuba, Sounds like KC & her ego that she thinks that everything will get brushed under the rug, like when she WAS able to get away with soooooooo many lies & stealing from her parents & friends in the past. Read the letter too......my take is if your sending your ( findings) to a judge on a case, know that signing your name aids in some credibility especially when you are not the first person to write a letter about your own speculations in regards to Miss KC....the letter mentions that the prosecution is witholding or not fully investigating all parties involved.....question for this jane or John Doe......what does LE or the FBI have to gain exactly....if I remember correctly they were trying to find Caylee assuming her mother would help them do that...its been over a year and they haven,t found what this person found!!! My guess......this is a ploy fabricated by the defense or CA...

There's a slew of motions that haven't been addressed by the court, such as whether the defense can get a change of venue due to the media coverage. And, the defense has not interviewed the victim, Amy Huizenga, under oath yet.

Prosecutors and Anthony's defense team will appear at a pre-trial hearing Thursday to address some of these issues.

Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland has not officially delayed the trial, which is scheduled to begin on Monday.

This week's status hearing for Casey Anthony&#8217;s murder trial has been delayed until Monday January 25, the day her check fraud trial is scheduled to start.

The defense had asked for a change of venue for that trial and there are reports that, since no hearings have been held on that issue, the defense also wants the check fraud trial to be put off.

In many cases, judges will try to find a local jury first before discussing a change of venue.

In this case, the judge has already ruled that alleged victim Amy Huizenga has a right to get justice before Casey's murder case goes to trial.

WFTV-Channel 9 reported that a status hearing in her murder trial had been delayed to Monday. That is the day her check-fraud trial is supposed to start.

Both DH and I were delighted (but exhausted) at Christmas to have a visit from our grandsons, Son and Daughter-In-Law. Unfortunately, the youngest brought along a little "unwanted present" with him... We are now mostly recovered from the flu, but still tired.

Definitely no attack on you, dear butterfly. I was simply stating that these people would have been searched out by LE, the media, folks at Websleuths, etc. or they themselves would have come forward to say yeah or nay. Look how many people have already stepped up: the Grunds, AmyH, Anthony neighbors, people reporting false sightings, and on and on. I simply meant that in this day of easily accessible records, someone somewhere could have found the named parties.

I do wish you a great many graces for caring for your mom. Not a simple task for sure. I speak from experience. Blessings to you.

We all know KC was computer savvy, so it stands to reason she could have searched out certain people herself, just for information to throw out there where she was arrested. She could have been planning things for a long time and searched out certain names for her growing story. It's not difficult to do these days. While we tend to think we are under the radar, we all make public records, and eventually our public records end up in databases, and those databases can be accessed by just about anyone, sometimes one needs a subscription, sometimes one doesn't.

You can search for anyone and find listings of everyone in their household, and their previous addresses. It's extremely easy. If you have a subscription, you can access more information. Here's a free link that lists possible relatives. Just type in any name:

I've found a Zenaida Gonzalez who goes by Zenny and Zenney. Could it not be that KC did, too, and she just called her creation "Zanny" instead so she could say the other one wasn't the correct Zenaida? I believe that's the reason she was so insistent on Fernandez. Any Zenaida not using Fernandez-Gonzalez couldn't possibly be the real Zanny. See?


Methinks the folks in the A camp have absolutely nothing over the folks at Websleuths. With all the Websleuths we have, I'd be extremely surprised if they missed something. Let's not forget, the media has more access than we have, and I'm sure the attorneys have, too, also the prosecution. Also, we have our wonderful astrologers and the charts that tell us the truth.

And if it hadn't been for the glove in the OJ trial, there would have been less doubt all around. Of course, there was his "hero" status that could have swayed many. Ms KC doesn't have any of that. Also, fate has taken care of OJ, thirteen years, to the day.

My mom is doing better but she may never be better, she can only remember things for like two minutes. Its hard taking care of her, its hard to take care of an adult who has always taken care of you and they act like a child...but I trust God and everything is in his hands....

We do NOT know that whatsoever...we have had so many choices, it seems at one time or another we have thought everyone was Caylee's dad, right down to incest even...so no, we are totally in the dark as far as any clear evidence of whom her actual bio dad is...

There was the report from the inmate of drama in the "dormitory" last fall, there were revelations from Lyon lectures and her book, the play based on the case onstage in Australia, the two letters within the last month.

More incursions will enter as the prisoner's progressed Sun trines her natal Uranus. An authority figure will offer unexpected help and her investigators, such as they be, will make big finds which may be specious but these will make a splash over the coming months. More
information from unofficial and questionable sources intrudes. The likely time for these depth charges to drop is when Jupiter and Uranus overhead combine on Prisoner's Sun. These dates have already been mapped.

Progressed Sun trine Uranus, from Fixed Star Baten Kaitos, also affects the temperament and the thinking. The prisoner finds herself more restless, rebellious, disruptive and dissatisfied with the status quo~the charges and the confinement.
