You may have answered this somewhere else and I missed it, but why did you put his birth time at 6:09 am? I have read that if you don't have the exact birth time, you should use 12 noon. Of course, I am making the assumption that we don't have his actual birth time.

Hi Elizabeth, that is a good question.

Some astrologers use 12:00 noon when they have an untimed birth, others use a chart cast for sunrise, placing SUN on Ascendant, and some attempt rectification and/or use of an Ascendant they have divined intuitively.

I generally choose to use the Sunrise Chart as I find it gives good information. There is no one *right* way --- it is a matter of preference.

The existence of the video taken by Jim H., their presence at the CSI scene, rumours about the body being found all raise too many demanding questions. Last week's news needs to be addressed by law enforcement and by the private investigators involved. Maybe local reporters will force the issue.

I certainly hope LE makes a statement so the record gets set straight. Too many loose ends about this and you are so right it needs to be addressed and soon. I'm also hoping for a document release soon. Also don't you think the forensics should be back or maybe they are back and they are waiting to release them.
