I have a stupid question, has anybody done a chart on just Misti for the morning Haleigh went missing I'm thinking what did she have planned that night that she did not want to babysit? I think maybe thats where this all begins. JMO Prayers that they find Haleigh

Speculation is now being aired on crime news programs that a call or two between Ron & Misty that fused the phone lines around 8:30 on 2/09 was motive for murder or mayhem. Miss Croslin assuredly did not want to hear any more since she offed the telephone and made herself unavailable.

There was, on that day of the Moon, a contest of wills between her and her charge, the little one now missing. The lunar eclipse, which squared Misty's Pluto, pushed her to her absolute limit, her orders disobeyed, her ultimatums ignored. With Mercury on her Moon, her tongue was running on wheels. Haleigh's Pluto and Misty's Sun are conjunct whereas Misty's Pluto squares Haleigh's Venus-Sun-Jupiter, Haleigh's Mars 7° Pisces & Misty's 7° Sagittarius are in square; Misty's south node is 9° Cancer, Haleigh's Saturn is 9° Cancer and Saturn that day was on Haleigh's Mercury in the Sign of the caretaker. If this conflict became physical, who would win?

The field under that eclipse was very dangerous for jousting, particularly to the overmatched child. Nor could the adolescent Misty ever win, merely overcome and overwhelm.

To this seething Presto cauldron, we add what has been discussed earlier. Misty was born with Venus square Saturn, exact. A very hard shell, dealing with little girls. For everyday interaction, this aspect did not connect in particular with Haleigh's chart but it was her ingrained attitude, her general manner of relating to little girls: cold and hard, wounding and rejecting. However, there was an aggravator that burst in with the eclipse and that was Mars landing dead bang on her Saturn. At these many pounds pressure, she blows off.

Remember, she was coming down from her 3 day drug high, she was without sleep because of it so, as to what she was inclined to do, that would be A. more drugs or B. sleep.

The one thing that I do know about addicts is that they don't want to come down off their drugs they always want more and will go to great lengths to get them. I can't help but think Misti would not turn off her phone just to go to sleep she would turn it off if she was doing something Ronald would not like while she was with his kids just maybe she left jr with someone and took Haleigh with her to go get some drugs she is known to go out in the wee hours. I hope that im not offending anyone because I am a great believer in astrology and all the work you all do this is JMO this case has kept me awake at nights trying to figure out what happen to this little girl we have all grown to Love.

sounds to me that MC turned off phone and put videos in player to keep kids occupied so she could sleep. Possibly RC kept calling to try to keep her awake, knowing she wanted to do nothing more than sleep. If this is true, he was totally negligent in the proper care of his children - HE should have had a relative watch the kids! MC in no condition to be a responsible caregiver (astro charts have said this over and over)
If MC smoked pot with the earlier visitors, that would make her even more tired after the high ended -
"Sleep, sleep, sleep - just let me sleep!" I doubt she wanted more drugs - JMO
She kept saying on interviews that she was really tired. I believe it is totally possible that a person could enter the mobile home and abduct HC without awakening MC.
Did an earlier visitor realize how tired she was and assume she would shortly be passed out and it would be the perfect time to make his move? Did this person return or did an unknown person see her go to bed early and make his move?

Natal has Algol present in the 12th (never a good sign) and may suggest here death is apparent with this star. Al-ghoul is connected to her North Node, (the soul’s purpose) in life, and by connecting to the Black Moon in the 12th, usually fares not too well for the native.
Note that Pluto is conjunct the D/C cusp of “open enemies”…..not unlike the case of
Darlie Routier’s 911 call and in this case a person known to Haleigh Cummings.
She was an outgoing child with Leo Sun Venus & Jupiter in her 3rd house of communications, one who was rambunctious, loved to chatter on, but Pluto squared her 3 planets here and from Sagittarius, one who was pehaps involved with partying and drugs, the lower theme of Sag., one who overdoes everything.

Looking now at the Transits on the day Haleigh went missing in 2009;
I see that there was a Transit of Pluto and the Black Moon which went over her 7th house
Of close personal committed relationships, never a good sign and opposed her
Ceres (nurturing) in the 1st house, suggesting that someone was not taking care of her or her person.
With the Transit of Saturn rx over her 4th house (the home) natal Mercury (her mind)
And opposing (exact opp) to TR Uranus over her 10th house of father –
It appears to me anyway, that the 10th being the “outer world” and how we are perceived, that Uranus here shows she goes missing, that day, and separates herself from the outer world.
The father in Haleigh’s chart is seen by that 3rd house Sun conj. Venus conj.Mercury
In Leo. A father who is very much into himself, and who goes “overboard” because of the close conjunction to Jupiter here in the house of how we communicate.
It’s all about him.
With the 9th house cusp of conception in Aquarius, this may suggest that the parents
Of Haleigh were less then stable, of the non-committal type to self-discplined behviors as a pattern, (including and esp. the biological mother), so I can see why the father, was given custody of this little girl.
With the only planet being Neptune in the 9th house of conception, and the day Haleigh went missing, there was a station of a transit of Jupiter and the North Node, directly atop of within 3 degrees Haleigh’s natal Neptune in the 9th house – I’d say that
There is likely an overdose or some type of watery end to Haleigh’s life, caused by either
Water or a drug overdose.
Perhaps an Accident?

For an Accident, we’d need to look at the event of that night chart.

It’s interesting for Astrologers to note that Haleigh’s MC connects to only Mars & Uranus from the time the mother realized she was pregnant with Haleigh.
This then becomes very important to Haleigh’s life pattern, the planets near the MC

Transiting Uranus the day she went missing at 21Pisces, made an exact square to her
Natal Ascendent, at 21Gemini.
Haleigh died by accident, is my feeling on the subject…..
Not by force or murder, but an unfortunate accident.

I haven’t yet looked at the stepmother Misty’s chart, nor the father’s. But I shall.

It was always my feeling (opinion) that Misti knew who took Haleigh and that Haleigh had gotten sick and passed on I never thought that Misti actually took her life but she certainly knows what happened that night. It has to be someone close to her that she is either protecting or scared of, either way she needs to finally bring this baby home to her family

Misty's horoscope is afflicted by the Sun in Pisces overhead in March until we welcome spring and by Mars, which is transiting in opposition to her Saturn and square to her Venus. She is not liking what she sees when she wakes up; the new reality is not only sobering but infuriating. Of course, she feels very much under the thumb of the authorities in charge of her life now and the anger at that is suppressed by necessity, which leads to low moods. This Mars-Saturn opposition induces a desire to feel all powerful, not vulnerable to pressure or punishment but she has never had less power. Selfish attitudes and ruminations are only adding to the tension she feels.

In the tapes broadcast on Nancy Grace, Misty makes a few remarks about her errors but under the Mars - Saturn aspect, she does not really believe in correcting them; she blames the sheriff, the legal system and bad luck. Not herself. She often talks about vindication and triumph in the future, "One of these days, I'll show 'em!" Yes, it's been awfully quite on that front. Of course, with most of the major characters in jail, the only news we get is when jailhouse visit tapes are released. So sorry the astrological aspects aren't shining new light at this time.

Do the charts show anything at all about this most recent search of the St Johns River in connection with Haleigh. Officials say it has nothing to do with Haleigh, but they said the same thing about the pond draining at Mondex when it was happening. We learned later that it was in fact regarding information on her.

I wish someone would just pay Misti a visit and shake her til the truth spurts out of her mouth, this case is so frustrating and it breaks my heart that Haleigh is still out there somewhere
