I am reading the Natal chart symbolically in relation to the LAST SEEN by G-Gma Annette and the 911 Call to LE. The only thing I am examining in this post is possible description and mode of death.

In Haleigh's Natal (Sunrise) chart, we see Pisces on the 8th House Cusp. Pisces is a Water sign, suggesting water in some way/shape/form will ultimately play a role in her death. Sunrise Part of Death in Cancer, another Water sign, also points to water role in death. Part of Death is disposited by MOON in Aries disposited by MARS in Pisces (Water sign). Scorpio (Water sign) on the 4th House of Endings (the Grave), ruled by MARS, dispositor of the MOON which disposits the Part of Death. We have come full circle: natal promise forecasts water involvement in death.

In LAST SEEN by G-Gma Annette chart, Pisces (Water sign) is again on the 8th House Cusp (house of death). VENUS the female child is posited within the 8th House of Death closely conjunct Part of Death in Aries. Pisces on the 8th shows water. Aries shows "newly opened tracts or plowed ground and pastures; virgin territory; sandy stretches; burned or hilly ground; unfrequented areas affording a place of refuge for lawbreakers, free-thinkers & nudists; EAST." (Ivy Goldstein-Jacobsen, page 37).

Death's dispositor MARS shows violence/ rage/ murder. In Aquarius, such actions are committed in a detached manner. Note well that MARS in Aquarius is disposited by SATURN (cruelty). So here we have VENUS the female child conj. DEATH sextile MARS (violence) and quindecile SATURN (cruelty). With VENUS in the 8th of Death conjunct Part of Death and in aspect to both MARS and SATURN it can be seen the death is cruel (SATURN) and violent (MARS).

There is very little planetary movement between the LAST SEEN by G-Gma Annette and the 911 Call to LE. The MOON has travelled from 28 Leo to 01 Virgo and the ASCENDANT / Midheaven / House cusps have shifted.

Cancer is on the 8th House cusp of the 911 chart. Again we see a water connection. Both VERTEX (fated encounters with others) and malefic SOUTH NODE reside in the 8th House of Death of this chart, both intercepted in Leo. These are death placements, particularly with Leo's ruler SUN conj. CHIRON (damage/hurt) and NEPTUNE (disappearance; death marker). Part of Death is in Scorpio, a water sign and thus another indicator of water involvement in death. VENUS the female child conjunct 4th House of Endings (the Grave), in Aries, dispositor of Death. Again this VENUS sextiles MARS (violence/murder, etc.) and quindeciles SATURN, same as previous chart, because the planetary placements haven't shifted.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2002, at Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home of Palatka with the Rev. Berry Beauchamp officiating. Interment will follow in Bostwick Cemetery. Visitation was 5-7 p.m. Sunday. Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home of Palatka was in charge of the arrangements.

He's a RSO, so there should be a record of it, even if he was found innocent from any wrongdoing. We can't find the record anywhere. This is the other interesting thing I found:

Donald Lee Sapp (registered sex offender) has two addresses listed on his FDLE sex offender flyer. One in San Mateo and one at 315 2nd Ave in Satsuma. The home in Satsuma is owned by Jeffery Michael Griffis and Billye Griffis.

A document dated January 5th, 2009 was filed in Putnam County asking for protection against violence. The complaint was filed by Jeffery M. Griffis on behalf of his three children, Mason, Willim and Duncan Griffis and he was seeking protection from DONALD LEE SAPP. What happened?

Could this fit in the Heracles situation that HM mentioned?

3 days after that request was filed by Jeffrey, he was hit by a car on Jan 9 2009 and killed. Sapp moved into his home after that!! Not sure if the wife and kids moved and let him move in or what.

120 Oleander in San Mateo is 7.5 miles ENE from 202 Green St.

Also he was formerly married to Angela Sapp and had several charges for domestic violence there.

Wild speculation here. Sexual predation? Do we know the driver who killed Jeffrey? This whole cast of characters would make an excellent Coen brothers very dark comedy!

JerseyGirl, can you help me visualize the orientation of the front and back of Haliegh's trailer?

I have been assuming the front door is facing north on the map. Am I wrong on that?

The reason I ask is that I am trying to see, in my mind's eye, which direction the hunt Nanacy Grace is talking about, the one behind the home.

Is "behind" to the north, or to the south?

Check the map a few pages back, north is in the direction of Sapp's (A) on the map, while Cummings is south, at (B) on the map, right?

Please forgive me, bolded by me, but could you explain "newly opened tracts"? I know this probably prertains to the more simple meaning of tract regarding land itself, but what about if it pertains to a recently opened bridge? The RR Tracks that go over the river have a "drawbridge" that opens up for taller ships to pass through. It's been my feeling that the perp could have dropped her there, with the current taking her away. I'm trying to remember the flow of the current. I think that river is different than others...maybe it flows from south to north...or do I have it backwards? If it wasn't for WhiteHawk mentioning the dirtbike, I wouldn't have even thought of the perp escaping via the railroad tracks with a bike. Pretty ingenious if that happens to be the case. The scent would be most definitely lost between the trains passing through as well as gas from the dirtbike/cycle. It would explain why the dogs lost the scent at the tracks (if a getaway vehicle was stashed there). This could definitely be something to think about. Now I have an even deeper headache from this Joey kid. What's wrong with people? I just don't understand why nobody is afraid of meeting their maker anymore. Aren't people aware that they are judged based on the differences and impacts they make in other people's lives while breathing the air that they breathe? Makes me truly sick!

Edit to take out answer. I don't know. I misunderstood your meaning of tract...thought you were speaking of tract of land...not tract housing. I don't see any on the maps, but that's b/c they're not "real time". I'll have to search county buildings tomorrow or something. Maybe see what permits were pulled to build the housing? Is it fair to say it could be a large project, so that I won't have to search through every single one? Maybe there won't be that many permits for new construction. What kind of time frame should I look for? Go back a year? Year & a half?

Yes, dangerous ties. He wouldn't have a bad chart but for his hatred toward little girls. Especially his exact Venus-Uranus opposition. But why would he not select Haleigh to kidnap with his Leo Moon? Her Pluto is very afflicted by his rising Sun Jupiter. His Mars is not well integrated and is in the same Sign as her Saturn, though far away. I don't like his Fixed Star Mercury in out of Sign square to her Uranus, either, and at the degree of his lunar node.

I see some troubling interaspects, too, Tuba, but they seem to be just shy of clicking into gear. When I pulled up tri-wheels involving SAPP and LOUCAKIS, they punched me in the gut. While I saw disturbing interactions in the tri-wheel cast with OVERSTREET's natal, the alarm bell didn't ring quite as loud....... maybe because I see no VENUS-MARS-PLUTO connections in the natal. I think he can be a mean, hateful, SOB, and Lord knows he doesn't think highly of women, but I am not leaning towards him being a hardcore S.O., let alone a pedophile (although I wouldn't put date rape past him).

Nonetheless, I hope LE grills him up, down & sideways, more than once, and the sooner the better. In the meantime, I am leaning towards an older man being the perp (SATURN Rx)..........

Edit to take out answer. I don't know. I misunderstood your meaning of tract...thought you were speaking of tract of land...not tract housing. I don't see any on the maps, but that's b/c they're not "real time". I'll have to search county buildings tomorrow or something. Maybe see what permits were pulled to build the housing? Is it fair to say it could be a large project, so that I won't have to search through every single one? Maybe there won't be that many permits for new construction. What kind of time frame should I look for? Go back a year? Year & a half?

OK, I don't take astrological terms too literally. I look on Google Earth, and see the area to the south of 202 Green, and from the air, it looks like an abandoned parcel of land that was once being developed for housing.

So, the layout of the sandy looking roads south of 202 Green looks like someone thought they were going to build tract houses there, but never followed through. The roads have all been named, but I can't see any sign of development or clearings.

I call it tract housing, because that layout looks just like what developers do, trying to "soften up" the look a bit, so it doesn't look like a bunch of square grid streets. That type went out after the 60s.

Make sense? And, it is close enough to the rr tracks to be considered, I think. But, we are all just hoping to find the one thing/location/person that will nail this down, so we can find her.

Alas, astrology allows us just enough to see through the glass darkly. After the fact, we smack our heads, and say "aha"! But, before the fact it is just so tantalizingly close, yet still just not in focus, and just out of reach!

Donald Lee Sapp (registered sex offender) has two addresses listed on his FDLE sex offender flyer. One in San Mateo and one at 315 2nd Ave in Satsuma. The home in Satsuma is owned by Jeffery Michael Griffis and Billye Griffis.
A document dated January 5th, 2009 was filed in Putnam County asking for protection against violence. The complaint was filed by Jeffery M. Griffis on behalf of his three children, Mason, Willim and Duncan Griffis and he was seeking protection from DONALD LEE SAPP. What happened?

3 days later, Jeffery Michael Griffis was struck by a car and killed. This just happened on January 9th, 2009.

The OTHER address on Donald Lee Sapp's FDLE flyer is 120 Oleander Circle in San Mateo. A news story (Palatka Daily News) dated July 6th, 2004 reported that a 22month old baby drowned in Donald Sapp's pool at 120 Oleander Circle in San Mateo. The parents of that child (reportedly Sapp's friends) were Rebecca Molin and Anthony Cribbs. According to putnam county records, Donald Sapp was once married to Angela Sapp (several domestic violence injunctions there too).
Shelbie Marie Cribbs (the child who drowned) had a maternal grandmother named Twila Griffis.
Is this somehow connected to Chad Griffis, boyfriend of Haleigh's bio-mom Crystal Sheffield?
